It's because you have broken Cover's rule #6 numerous of times by just posting emoticons, you've done it a lot on Bc's thread and also on my threads...again numerous of times which is a no no! I dare you to keep doing it on my thread when you get out...see how long before they just ban you. 
For your convenience I have provided below Cover's rule #6 for you to read.
Cover's rule #6:
6. If you have nothing positive to offer our forum and are only posting insults, attacks, and/or emoticons, you will be warned, suspended, and/or banned from the forum. Users who are suspended may continue to post in the Penalty Box for a period of time until the Moderators decide to either ban the user or release them from the box.
