to the Achilles tendinitis that your client has after they explained to you what happened after they attempted to get up too quickly off of the toilet that one time cuz it smelled so bad that even they couldn’t stand the atmosphere inside that bathroom and needed to get the hell out of that olfactory demolition to the senses with some gusto cuz the stink that emanated from their butt bullet holster was akin to that of the aroma that wafts inside of a slaughterhouse .

But most importantly you take into account the dollars that those dweebs give to you and put them into your bank ……

So that you can pay off your gambling losses till you eventually win and turn triumphant .
