an_speak     The state of our union:

Achievements, progress and GOOD NEWS for America,
                    under Joe Biden's Democratic administration

It has been a remarkable turnaround for America -
after throwing out the destructive MAGA trump regime
two years ago. Now, so many positive achievements
.....despite being handed arguably the worst disaster
    in American political/social/economic history,
    from the tumultuous 2017 - 2020 administration.

Healing continues by trying to make improvements
to help Americans where and when possible, and
        especially thinking positive, NOT NEGATIVE.

an_light    President Biden begins his third year in office
                   with another milestone achievement
that hasn't been witnessed in over 53 years:

          only 3.4% unemployment!

                an_clap                  an_clap                  an_clap

an_police    Our economy added a whopper 517,000 jobs in January!

    From CNN's Alicia Wallace -

The US economy added an astonishing 517,000 jobs in January,
showing that the labor market is nowhere near a cooldown,
according to new data released Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

an_light The unemployment rate fell to 3.4% from 3.5%, hitting a level
not seen since before Neil Armstrong stepped on the moon.

Economists were expecting only 185,000 jobs would be added
last month, according to consensus estimates on Refinitiv.

It's been sub-4% unemployment every month in over a year!    Biden team!

take away the free government money and watch unemployment see close to zero.  USPS, FEDEX, UPS, ETC all pay a minimum wage.

why work if you get money in the mail?

You earn your life, unless you have a trust fund

You guys really believe all the bs the government tells you. Meanwhile in the real world a lot of the major companies are laying people off by the thousands and people still don't want to work.

    Arbitrary numbers........

    https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/scott-calls-biden-admins-job-growth-lie-philly-fed-report-shows-numbers-off-more-1m-jobs

The Philadelphia Fed's report, released last week, week estimated that from March to June of this year, the U.S. added just 10,500 jobs, a glaring difference from the 1,121,500 estimated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

    https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/28/politics/fact-check-biden-economic-speech-january-2023/index.html

    https://apnews.com/article/fact-check-biden-1-million-new-auto-jobs-4951b25589c6d008aae2fa8f92963e2d

Casting his climate policy as a jobs plan, President Joe Biden left out important context and used fuzzy math when he announced sweeping new green initiatives that he says will boost the U.S. economy with the creation of 1 million new auto jobs.

That’s actually far from certain, if not unlikely.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2022/08/18/bidens-bogus-1-million-construction-jobs-boast/

We’ve learned from experience that when the president utters a big job-creation number, it’s ripe for fact-checking. So we were curious to learn how the president’s job prediction for the Chips and Science Act — which will provide nearly $53 billion for U.S. semiconductor research, development, manufacturing and workforce development — was developed.

It turns out this number is wildly exaggerated.

Do ya sense a pattern here????
