Steelers bloodbath

Everyone on covers on pitt, and I love it.  Look, this is a tough game, not acting like this will be easy, but the niner disrespect in here is hilarious to me.  Acting like this team isn't loaded with all pros on both sides of the ball.  Acting like brock is some incompetent loser (6-0 plus 2-0 in playoffs until he got hurt).  All i read on here is how good watt and the steelers d is, well how about the reigning dpoy bosa and the niners d?  Check out picket's record vs good teams last year, it isn't very good.  And I got news for you, the niners are very good.  Is it a tough spot for them flying east and playing an early game vs a tough opponent?  Sure.  But to completely disregard them and act like the steelers is a lock is pretty foolish imo.  I'll lay the 2 on the road vs a public trendy dog all day

Excellent points you make and with the media all over the Steelers' nuss...almost always a bad sign. Purdy will be under heavy pressure not only from Watts and Highsmith but also from Herbig and Elandon Roberts. Won't be easy in that hostile environment. One weakness for SF is their Oline aside from the one all pro. 

Pittsburgh has renovated their D and added a lot of free agents along with Porter's kid. I will be intrigued by how Pittsburgh will use their gigantic pile driving TE Darnell Washington 6'7" 270. Rumors are that he will shadow Bosa on either side of the line and help chip or even take him on one on one. This new punt returner and wr Calvin Austin could break one. 

Should be a great game and the 49ers for sure are an elite team with loads of talent on both sides of the ball. Who knows, this could be a Superbowl preview?

 Pitt d is no joke, and they did add some solid pieces.   But let's not act like the 9ers didn't add one of the most dominant dlinemen in the nfl in Javon hargrave(who steelers fans are very familiar with).  Def should be a good matchup for sure, looking forward to it.

I’m on the Steelers today. But by no means think SF defense isn’t legit, if not the best.

I just have a few minor advantages that made me lean Steelers. Most of which have already been mentioned in prior posts.

This is one game, and a season does not make. Heck it’s probably +EV to just bet niners ML all season. Who knows.
