To whom it may concern.
I am a member of an internet sports posting forum
called Covers.com. It is a website that provides handicapping information on
various sporting events available for wagering at most sports books and internet
sports books.
It has come to my attention that a posting member
of the forum who goes by the name of keith.line is posturing or
is actually a teller at the wagering exchange of the Moon Palace Resort, now the
location of a Hard Rock Casino sports book. This person is passing information
regarding wagers placed at the book inclusive of wagering amounts per bet, total
handle on a per game basis and betting percentages on sides and totals at your
book.
I have no clear idea as to the validity of this
persons claims nor of the accuracy of the information being exchanged on this
posting forum. I do, on the other hand, have some serious concerns that the name
of one of your newest venues is being linked with the passing of this
information. To my knowledge and person who would pass information of this
nature would be in direct contravention of both terms of employment and gaming
statutes of both the Dominican and US jurisdictions under which you are
licensed.
As a serious sports investor I find it offensive
and troublesome that these types of practices which can influence the flow of
money and line movement at any and all venues are allegedly being practiced at
one of your outlets. I have had occasion to wager at your shops in the past and
have always found them first rate and would recommend them to anyone for both
recreational and investment wagering. These allegations whether founded or
without basis can only served to sully the reputation of both your brand and the
industry as a whole.
I feel I would be remiss as an industry participant
to allow these unfounded claims to pass without you being made aware of the
situation. It would certainly cast your outlet in Punta Plata in a negative
light with the serious players if it becomes known this alleged practice of
passing wagering information to the general public is associated with the Hard
Rock brand. If these allegations are in fact legitimate it will give you
opportunity to correct a very serious situation before it escalates to a more
serious and damaging issue.
Please find attached links to the posts in which
this person has represented himself as an employee at the sports book in Punta
Plata and in turn references information that should be
classified.

I have not yet sent that e-mail to the security and investigations department of Hard Rock.
I will give you one more opportunity to reconsider what you are doing.
You are placing yourself and this website in a very precarious position and your allegations place the industry as a whole in a very negative light.

C'mon Billy Sink, I'm pretty sure the Hard Rock will not spend time and money into looking into Keith.Line.
By the way... I work at the Wynn's sportsbook in Las Vegas and I'm placing bets using knowledge that I gain as a teller.

Billy, maybe you are the shady individual sayning you have motive and more invested then everybody else.. this is nothing more then a sports forum where people share their picks and ideas... Not a line that charges for tips and other information..
As far as i can see, keith is doing nothing wrong accept providing winners.... Which is unusually strange that this bothers you! . That people are actually winning.

I have seen this oh so many times on Covers.... Cappers get hot and naturally the more winners they pick, the more views/followers their threads get. God Bless them for taking the time to post their picks every day. Personally I would never blindly tail anyone based upon a forum post, but if a game I am leaning on is backed by someone on a roll such as Keith is right now, I may increase my play....
I have to admit that it is a bit annoying to see some members posting on here asking for Keith to give his picks at a certain time, asking where he is at, etc.... but to each their own, it doesn't affect my life whatsoever so why would I waste my time bashing them or Keith?
Ultimately it would be great if ALL OF US stopped responding to the bashers and simply ignored them... don't let youremotions get the best of you. The more you respond and argue, the more they will keep coming back. If we give them absolutely no attention, I'd like to think they will just drift away and hijack another hot cappers thread.
Let's try to keep these threads to good, solid information to hel each other try and profit....... Isn' that the common goal we all share?
