I'm not reading this entire half-cocked thread but I will say tthat "The Taylor Swift Effect" is vastly overestimated by conspiracy theorist. And whatever effect there exists is unsustainable. If you think more women across the board are interested in football because of Taylor Swift, then I have beach front property on Mars to sell you.

I guarantee you have no children and haven't touched a woman since you fell out of your mother's box. You have no concept of the attention span of a child, nor the interests of women. Women don't like football. Not even lesbians. Their minds just aren't wired for it. There are outliers, of course. Women who grew up in football crazed households, who have a tradition of rooting for a specific team. Women who use football for quality time with a mate, or for socialization. That has more to do with tradition and socialization than to do with actual football though.

You might be right, I have Daughters that have never cared about any sports, and I have no idea what this new generation likes or dislikes, all you see is them on their phones. I did assume since she has hundreds of million of followers if any merch was bought at today's prices it could add up quick.
But I believe women are where the NFL would like to increase, why else show Mahomes wife and Taylor at every game they attend.

There has been an increase in Kansas City gear. There is also an astronomical number that has been thrown around stating that she has increased Chief "brand value" by hundreds of millions. What we have to remember though is that is a somewhat arbitrary valuation. Much like many tech/social media having gargantuan IPOs before ever demonstrating the abilty to turn profit. They are estimating an effect. This is what we know. Travis Kelce's jersey sells went up exponentially. Chiefs jersey units sold went up exponentially. Do you know what the highest selling jersey of 2024 was? CJ Stroud. It goes to show that being the young starting QB of an upstart team in a football crazed state, in one of the biggest metro areas in the country equates to more jerseys sold than who a veteran tight end is dating.
Chiefs merch sales have gone up 20% as a result of Taylor Swift. That's significant but doesn't equate to "300+ million in brand value" given that such an effect is finite. T Swizzle fans aren't buying multiple jerseys, and Travis Kelce doesn't have many seasons left.
