The lawsuit was with his against his father's policies, and with his father at the helm. Trump was a 20-something working for his father's company. Most wouldn't have the backbone to stand up to their own father, on ethical grounds, while working for him.
As far as the Central Park 5, many in the city were outraged. They were led to believe that those kids were guilty, and it was a slam dunk case. The city had disintegrated into a state of lawlessness. After such a heinous crime, citizens were at their limit, and demanded their pound of flesh. The ad, a letter to the city, spoke to this. It spoke to a time when familes, white, black, hispanic, and asian could walk safely in Central Park. Hindsight is 20/20 and Trump, along with many, was wrong.

You embellish stories, or promote all out falsehoods in the pursuit of labeling Trump a racist while in the same time defending Biden's actual racist actions by saying, "it was a different time." Your words. Was the Central Park 5 not a different time? You claim Trump fraternized with the KKK, with no basis, yet defend Biden, who considered Strom Thurmond and Robert Byrd dear friends and mentors. Robert Byrd was literally a Klan leader. Biden literally gave his eulogy. Let that sink in.

Look, i'm not a rah, rah, Trump guy. I simply prefer him to Biden. I think all politicians are horrible but I can find things I both agree and disagree on with the last three presidents. However I think Biden is still by far the lesser of two evils. You call Trump a racist while giving Biden, and his history of racism, a pass.
I hadn't been too active lately but i'll always call out b.s. Biden was a part of real legislation that disproportionately affected black people. 3 strikes affected black people. Lengthy sentences for black people caught with a few rocks while their white counterparts did less time for kilos of coke. Opposing bussing, and school integration, disproportionately affected black people. Even today, many democrats oppose the ability to go to school outside of district. Why is that. They act like they care, just as long as it's not in their backyard.

We can all learn a lot by carefully observing the range of people a particular politician is willing to sit down with for an on-camera interview in which virtually any subject is on the table.
Is Joe Biden a man who is ready and willing to sit down with a journalist whom he knows will ask him tough questions concerning subjects he'd prefer to avoid? No, of course not.
How about his falsely-installed Vice President, Kamala Harris? No, of course not. The White House is even more scared of allowing her to sit for an interview than they are of Dementia Joe.
How about Barack Hussein O? When was the last time you saw him sit down with anyone who grilled him? Never happens.
How about Chuck U. Schumer or Nancy Pelosi? They will speak only to the friendliest of media outlets, and have you seen Nancy lose her cool when a friendly reporter dares to gently push back on any partiucular point? Nancy can't handle it. She's used to suckups.
And it's not just Democrats. When does the so-called leader of the Republicans in the Senate, Mitch McConnell, grant anyone an interview? He's even scared of Fox News!
Is Trump like any of the sinister cowards and frauds mentioned above? I've seen him be interviewed by a long list of people who clearly loathe him. That's most of our sick American media, by the way.
I'm just saying - it's always very interesting to me to notice who's willing to take on an obviously adversarial interviewer and who isn't.

Quite the opposite situation you are inferring here..... It was basically one of the tenants that made Joe appealing for the candidate that was to become the first black POTUS.
