Well Golly G Beaver, it must be true if your grade 7 teacher thought it in 1996. Yep, just the biggest cover up in the history of the world and not a soul has said a word in 20 years. I was at a meeting several years ago and the guest speaker was an NFL ref. he said that if they made a bad call they would try to make it up to the other team later by a call in their favor to achive balance or parity in the game , when asked about cheating he stated everything in the NFL was about MONEY. So will a player have a bad day or a ref make a bad call for a large sum of money ? Second question , who would be paying this large sum of money ? Point to be made , watch the money! I I don't blindly follow phixer but with the limited time i have for capping I see what he is on because he is the best capper here for nfl period! Its so obvious that as the season goes on more and more hate and bs is thrown his way to distract and demean him so I say follow the MONEY because with Phixer you have the best chance of having more MONEY.

It's impossible to fix a game where every player is involved, a ref can be in it or a QB or RB but not more than one.
How do you script something where 53 players on each team are involved and coaches, it's impossible to keep a secret with so many people involved, it's already tough to keep a secret between 2 people, let alone the possibility of someone making millions with a book about it.
Call it BS, if anything the refs could be involved but they can't decide a game winning Flacco drive.

IMHO If the NFL wants closer or higher scoring games or the refs to lean and/or look the other way vs some teams for ratings and merchandising... I can see that. But just the NFL top brass and the Refs
