NFL is the worst sport to gamble on? So which sports is easy money?

Every sports that vegas have odds, it's always gonna be shiety stuff going on.

Phixer's thread is entertaining to say the least.  I don't understand why people can not just be normal and give insight on the posted plays and leave it at that.

Claw and phixer, you both make good points. I believe in some scenarios games are fixed and I also believe that some are not and that crazy things do happen. With that being said, what are your guys' thoughts on tonites game. Spread, total,cream totals? Interested to hear from two of the best

The likelihood of the Lions winning tonight is pretty slim. Too slim to count on a lucky bounce, a missed call or two, the Seattle defense slipping on a banana peel...

But if the Lions win outright in Seattle a lot of Lions Jerseys will be sold in the greater Detroit area. Some faith might be restored to a pretty sizable merchandise market....

My angle on the fix is that the NFL does not want boring games or unpopular teams in popular time slots they want to provide quality entertainment all the while making good money.

Who is the NFL rooting for tonight? The Lions, IMHO.

Is the game scripted and kickers are aiming for the posts? No one has been able to convince me of that.

But the refs know and can lean in favor of a team, TV time outs, slowing down momentum and such. I have had a ref experience that backs this up from a ref family member.

So what does this mean?

I lean small on Lions +10, and a little on the Money Line and obviously the under.
