Wed bases

I think it is Wednesday yes if I'm not mistaken yeah I believe so.  Well I did just get a nice e mail from my cousin in Chicago it was ya know about how he dealt with the same issues that I am now and worked through it, he may have the same like gene kind of deal that I have on it, not sure I guess.  Well he kind of went crazy for a bit like I am now.  Yeah it may just be alcohol psychosis like he says, which it won't get better if I keep drinking I have to quit so bad, or not quit even, but cut way back, but oh man it will be tough.  Well the shape I am in now oh my it is really bad too, but he said ya know in his e mail he had the same thing and worked through it quit drinking so much just cut way back and it has gotten better for him.  Yeah he had a good message about cutting back and working out like making that a passion lifting weights and working out instead of booze, which that would make things better then if I could do it and get like a regular life which I haven't had in forever though ha, it is bad right now.  Well ya know I do always think about could I actually stop this and be more normal and be in a relationship and just be functional, but then I keep boozing man it sucks.  I mean I love boozing but then at the end of the day what do I have like I live in my parents basement ha oh whoa that is not good at age 39.  Then though they do like enable the behavior my parents just need to kick my azz out yeah then maybe I could do something about this whole thing.  Cuz if they leave me here in the basement then what?  I will just keep up this whole crazy psychosis I have going on.
