Hawaii isn't going to be tired for this game.  Miles even though a buch are not going to affect them.  Every road trip is a minimum of 5 hr flight to the West Coast.  They left Monday afternoon.  John F is finally going to play this year on the D-Line to help stop the run.  I like Alexandr, Salas, Pilaries & Wright-Jackson chances to put up some points.  LA Tech wll have to stop 4 WR Set  that has been hitting some big plays the last 2 against (WAZZU & UNLV on the road).  This will be LA Tech's 1st real test against a pass happy team that is clicking & has done well against LA Tech the past few years.  I was able to get +4.5 & looking at a little on the ML.  GL this weekend

WOW u r a good capper but going against u on this one. traveling has nothing to do with the game. they do it every single year! the pass game is going to give la tech huge problems. they will have to play a dime d every play and when have they done that??? it was always 9 in the box vs burn and navy. i rarely disagree with ur plays but i must with this one. GL the rest of the week

for your info WV had 5 ints against auburn in that game and they are still able to keep the game fairly close....WV have a very good D and i dont think CU can keep it up...

I appreciate the input about the Warriors but guys lets be honest here Hawaii sux!! They lost to a bad UNLV team and beat two really bad football teams. La Tech is a team who is proven and experienced. You guys seem to forget that Tech finished 8-5 last year and won a bowl game. They are an excellent running team for the Wac retuning all five starters from last year on their offensive line, they also play great special teams. That alone will kill the Warriors in this game. Hawaii lost almost their whole starting defense to graduation last year and they are gonna struggle big time in that dept. Derek Dooley has turned around the Bulldogs program and they are a legitimate sleeper championship contender  in the WAC. La Tech like I said will control the clock and keep Hawaii's offense off the field en route to a home win in decisive fashion. They have had more time to prepare and this is a revenge game for Tech as they lost last year's contest on the island. Bulldogs will win this game by at least a touchdown.

Everyone where are they getting the information that Hawaii left on Monday? Why would they leave just two days before kickoff? They acutally left early Sunday mourning and was there midafternoon on Sunday.

Travel 4,000 miles blah blah blah. They have been doing this for over 25 years now. They been off for the past 11 days. If they do lose, its not cause travel. Thats for dam sure

To those that say travel does not matter and that they have been doing it for so many years. YES, ABSOLUTELY right BUT you're forgetting that its with new players also not the same old bunch. Not everyone likes the long travel these days. Also, since when can a team not adjust defenses against a flying offense? i guess we will find out tonight!  to all. I will have to go with WOW because i compete in sports also and i have been doing that for the past 10 years and its still a fucking pain.

You are the man WOW. The Tech line is up to 5.5 now though....what do you think? I kinda feel like buying it down won't do me much good. (I could buy it down to 5, but I don't see a push at 5 happening). Do you still like Tech at 5.5?

I will probably wait and watch the line, as I don't see it going higher than 5.5 and it might come back down to 5 or 4.5.

I was thinking about doing a first half -2.5 bet on LA Tech. I figure that the extra energy the "red out" may cause, will come in the first half and I expect Tech to be up by a TD at halftime. Any thoughts on 1st half plays? (in general, not necessarily in this case. I rarely see you make them)

YEAH I NEVER MAKE 1ST HALF PLAYS, ITS JUST TOO RISKY. AS FAR AS THE LINE, I WAS ACTUALLY SHOCKED WHEN I SAW IT AT 3 WHEN I ORIGINALLY MADE MY WAGER. I THOUGHT IT WOULDVE OPENED ALOT HIGHER. I WOULD SAY LOCK IT IN ASAP ITS NOW AT 6 AT MY SPORTSBOOK.

Did you buy it down to 3???  I am assuming you did....

This line has never dipped below 4.......and is currently 5.5.
