Walz, who called Republicans "weird people," supports medically mutilating children.
In April 2023, Walz signed a law that turned Minnesota into a "transgender sanctuary state." House File 146 "prevents state courts or officials from complying with child removal requests, extraditions, arrests, or subpoenas related to gender-affirming health care that a person receives in Minnesota." This gave state courts the power to take kids away if parents don't sign off on so-called "gender-affirming" surgical procedures, allowing the state to have temporary emergency jurisdiction over the child.
If a child runs away to another state to seek these services, Minnesota will not return the child.

Tim Walz was a battalion Command Sergeant Major ("CSM") in a Minnesota National Guard battalion when his unit got the order to deploy to Iraq.
Upon receiving such order, he abruptly retired and abandoned his unit, his soldiers and his country.
For those who don't know, in an Army battalion, the CSM is the highest-ranking NCO and the top dog who sets the example for all the soldiers in the unit.
The example Walz set was one of cowardice in the face of the enemy.

Walz's soft-on-crime response to the George Floyd riots allowed anti-police extremists to burn down a police station in Minneapolis and inflict $500 million in property damage. Walz himself even admitted the "abject failure" of his handling of the BLM uprising.
Kamala, meanwhile, promoted a bail fund to help raise money for the few BLM rioters who were arrested. "If you’re able to, chip in now to the Minnesota Freedom Fund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota," she tweeted.
Last year, Walz signed a bill restoring the voting rights of 55,000 convicted felons in Minnesotaas part of an initiative to "expand the right to vote." Upon signing the "Restore the Vote" bill, Walz lauded the legislation as "ensuring every Minnesotan has a voice in our democracy."

Don't even get me started on this or the DeFUND the police. My wife lived in St. Anthony Main (near downtown) in Minneapolis when we met. It was the epicenter of all this shit. Due to DeFUNDing the police people were allowed to pop off firearms with impunity. Steal/loot with impunity. It literally made condos in the area half its value within a few months. Minneapolis is slowly starting to look more and more like Detroit. This idiot Govenor (the Mayor of Minneapolis too) had their hand in all of this. The ripples of their ineptitude will be felt for generations. What was once a wonderful, vibrant and engaging downtown/uptown is but a shadow of its former glory. This is just one of about half dozen or more things I have a serious problem with this so called Gov. It always amazes me how in today's society the biggest morons seem to find their way to the top. There is always bigger morons who are willing to lap them up and talk about how great they are. Simply remarkable. That is the only word I have for it. REMARKABLE!

Yessir. I also saw this last year as well:
Minneapolis officials have approved loudspeaker broadcasts of the Muslim call to prayer at all times – making it the first major American city to do so.
The Minneapolis City Council on Thursday unanimously agreed to amend the city’s noise ordinance, allowing the “adhan” — Arabic for “announcement”–to sound five times a day, year-round.
The prayers had previously been broadcast three times a day there before, but the ordinance prevented dawn and late evening calls at certain times of the year due to noise restrictions.

Walz was a COVID-19 militant. As governor, he issued a memorandum mandating indoor masking and set up a hotline to report residents who violated COVID-19 mandates. Walz refused to take the hotline down when asked to do so.
As of April 1, 2020, the state received approximately 500 reports of "suspected violations" of Walz's stay-at-home executive order. The number one report was of businesses that remained open when they "should [have been] closed." Bars and restaurants that violated Walz's guidelines ordering their closure faced criminal and civil penalties for continuing on-site sale operations. Businesses that didn't cooperate were reported to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety's Alcohol Gambling Enforcement Division, and law enforcement was dispatched to investigate complaints.
At a daily briefing during the height of the pandemic, Walz urged residents to stay home and maintain social distancing after observing people gathering outside to enjoy the warmer weather. "We're seeing crowds that are a little too big, especially around the lakes," Walz said.

Keep digging. What is going on in Minneapolis will make you want to puke. Only in a sick world I mean a truly outright looney tunes sick world does this man get rewarded with being a running mate for the United States Presidency. Absolutely remarkable.

Kamala, the Biden administration's failed border czar, picked a running mate who lets illegal aliens living in Minnesota enjoy free college and healthcare.
In 2023, Walz signed the "North Star Promise," a scholarship program that gives low-income applicants, including illegal aliens, a full tuition-free ride to public Minnesota colleges and universities, as he hiked taxes on residents despite the state's $17.5 billion surplus. Illegal aliens can also enroll in MinnesotaCare, the state's publicly subsidized insurance program. An estimated 40,000 illegal aliens residing unlawfully in Minnesota meet the program's requirements.
Last year, Walz signed a bill into law allowing anyone in Minnesota, regardless of immigration status, to obtain a driver's license, including illegal aliens. This meant proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the United States was no longer required to receive one in the state. At the time, approximately 81,000 illegals were living in Minnesota.
"Ensuring drivers in our state are licensed and carry insurance makes the roads safer for all Minnesotans," said Walz the day it was signed. "As a longtime supporter of this bill, I am proud to finally sign it into law, making our roads safer and moving us toward our goal of making Minnesota the best state to raise a family for everyone."

Have not been in many years. But it was a nice, clean and safe city when I was there. Or at least that is how I remember it.
But I see the news and read some of the things they have been doing.

It really was a beautiful city. One of my favorites. But liberals have an amazing ability to destroying paradise. California being another clear example. Now these cancers want to spill over into Arizona.

The family seems pretty grounded as well....
"Here is a bizarre clip from an interview with Gwen Walz stating that she left her windows open during the Minneapolis Riots so she could smell the burning tires. Her daughter also coordinated with rioters to let them know that the National Guard would not be activated one night."

"stolen valor"
What a true POS.... with all the "alleged" Vets in this forum I wonder how a "real" Vet feels about Walz' abandonment..... I'm guessing crickets as it doesn't work with the new narrative..... this issue will not fizzle out amongst the real Veterans of the GWOT.

My family on my mother’s side is from Escondido. I spent a lot of time in Cali as a kid. It is and always has been my paradise. My wife and I got engaged and subsequently married in La Jolla. Since moving to Arizona I get there more often than when I was in the Midwest. My closest HS friend lives in Pasadena. Any who lately I have been going to Mexico when I need some ocean time. I can’t take Cali seriously anymore for I am sure all of the reasons you can’t. It’s almost as bad a Minneapolis these days.

His wife helped further his stolen valor.....
"Here is video showing Gwen Walz claiming that her husband, Tim Walz is a retired Command Sergeant Major. The lies surrounding the origin story of Walz and his service record run deep. None of this would be known to the general public without this national scrutiny."
