Which users do you guys recommend to follow on covers for betting picks?

I follow Space-aged Funkmaster. Funky has been hitting at like 90% posted over the past few months.

Not trying to be impolite, but if you have to follow ANYONE, then maybe you should not be gambling. Unless these guys are proven money managers with some big financial house, they are no better at this than YOU. Believe me. I think 85% of the RAMS money Vegas took in on Sunday was from Covers posters/"cappers"......most of these guys pretty much suck at this.

Really? I didn't see many posts picking the Rams but then again, I wasn't looking. I digress...this is something we 100% agree on. I'm a firm believer in everyone doing their own capping. And if they struggle with capping, they should not be betting. I started wagering at a very young age and put many years into becoming a good capper. I focus mostly on college sports, and small college at that, b/c years of experience has taught me it gives the bettor the most advantage. To the people who tail, the people who pay touts, the people who do it for the "rush" I say find another hobby b/c frankly, this isn't a hobby.

....but if you really need a winner, Funkmaster and PantieRaider69 are lights out. I've gone to Raider games with PantieRaider and dude is the real deal.

Follow me ....I don't bet anymore.

I did win a few superbowl bets for 500 and was up a small amount on the playoffs but lost the NCAA Champ' , all tailin' my friends.

If you are serious -- go to the soccer forum.  It is the best forum on here, by far.  There are many knowledgeable guys on there.  There are some that specialize in certain leagues, some that are just good overall, and some that give great insight.

I think you can do both -- follow someone and/or do your own.  If you are a baseball guy, maybe you do not need much help and do your own research.  But if you are just getting into soccer or do not have the time to do your own research --- then there are many good guys to get you up to speed.  People that say do not follow others are only partially correct.  You should not blindly follow someone.  But, obviously, you cannot be an expert in all sports/leagues -- unless it is your full time job.

can u recommend who to tail in soccer forums? not very familiar with that section...

Yes.  But it is better for you to just take a look at the daily in-game thread there.  You will quickly see who is good to follow.  Like I said some are more knowledgeable in certain leagues.

I would recommend no one. Trust your instinct and if you have three losers in a row, quit for a few days.Then start over again.

 

I would be more than happy to bet anyone else's money. Not my own.
