Because sitting at a poker table for hours on end sucks and drains the life out of you and the stress of winning month after month starts to wear a person down exactly why I retired

Basically, it is a statement uttered by delusional people in their 20s and early 30s.

[/Quote]Not true if you played online during the poker boom years of 2004-2008 when the competition was extraordinarily soft you could have made hundreds of thousands, and even a million, if you were a top tier player. But then you should have retired and lived off it.It all depended on what you did with that money afterwards and if you moved up in stakes, especially to nosebleed stakes, you likely went broke.

Yeah my sample is only 50k tournaments
