Interesting...........I noticed this on pokerfan. I withdrew about $500 & then was card dead for weeks. I have never subscribed to the "online poker is rigged" theory, but I noticed a huge difference in quality of cards/bad beats after the withdrawal.

This is one of those topics that everyone wants to believe is true, but one that will probably never be proven. Like ghosts and aliens.

So majawaja believes in the cashout curse

Slovak thinks youre winning $ off the site when you win playing poker so theyre "not giving away free money people"

And the other guy (name?) says he got AA23 in a H/L game all in 6 straight hands and lost the WHOLE pot all 6 times to "inferior" holdings

Hmmm, wonder why noone takes you guys seriously

Slovak thinks youre winning $ off the site when you win playing poker so theyre "not giving away free money people"

And the other guy (name?) says he got AA23 in a H/L game all in 6 straight hands and lost the WHOLE pot all 6 times to "inferior" holdings

Hmmm, wonder why noone takes you guys seriously

only thing that electric has ever said that is true. amazing. the money you win or lose comes to you or goes to the book, fair and square. the money you win on poker sites eventually goes back IN, the site, not to the site. That money is then distributed to recent buy-in players or newbies to make them think they are good, to get them hooked into playing. and the cycle repeats itself over and over. electrics bullshit about his consistent winning is just that, bullshit.

Funny the shit you guys start making up. YOU cant win online so it must be set up against you. Meanwhile, myself and friends will continue to win consistently while you continue to make excuses

and a big LOL when you guys try and say I work for fulltilt. Really, could you look any more desperate and be "reaching" any further??

    1) cash out curses
    2) sites dont give away free $
    3) AA23 all in 6 straight hands in a high/low game winning 0% of all pots
    4) AA NEVER HOLDS
    5) I work for the site!!!!
    6) my favorite from Slovak the moron "poker sites don't give out free money either"

When you understand how a poker site works, get back to me bud. Until then, keep losing and keep making excuses

When you guys say I work for the site it just really shows how desperate you are to say ANYTHING you hope will justify your online losses cuz hey!!!! couldnt have bbeen that you suck right??? You watch every episode of WSOP on ESPN how can you not be a good player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still cant get over the stupidity of slovak thinking youre winnng $ off the site when you play poker. Just utterly hilarious someone so dumb can speak about something theyre so clueless about. And when the fuck has a bad beat ever given you a "temporary feeling of happiness??" Get your $ in bad often pal?? LOL, you prbably dont even know what means lol sorry

    electric, I have a question.

Where does the money for those "Bad Beat Jackpots" come from? I have heard stories about full tables winning 10's of thousands of dollars for Bad Beats.

I never quite understood how that worked.

I dont know for sure as I havent played on party for years but in the casinos they just pull an extra $1 in rake each hand for it. Online Im not sure, maybe they take an extra 10cents in rake each hand or whatever I dont know but its gotta be something like that.

Theyre not fucking you out of your $ to pay bad beat jackpots like slovak says lol

Im sure they just jack up the rake a bit on the bad beat tables thats all

bad beat jackpots tables take a higher rake each hand.  the site gets their normal rake and the jackpot gets the additional rake.  so you're paying extra rake for the hopes of the bad beat.  that isn't free money from the site

cash out curse rumor comes up again.  let's play this game again, is it option 1 or option 2

    Option 1-

you just cashed out a big amount of money, you're happy that you won, you have a smaller stack, you play looser because you want to gamble and build your stack back up, therefore you get yourself into bad situations and lose quicker

    ooooor...

    Option 2-

the site tracked your cash out (one of probably a couple hundred thousand that day), is pissed off about it, gives you bad cards so that you lose and forces you to buy in again.  but that would mean that you have to be somehow programmed to play against people that haven't recently cashed out, otherwise you both can't lose at the same time.  oh and you have to be programmed to play against people that haven't recently cashed out and they have to have slightly worse hands than you to start with, and they have to make sure that those people call your hands all the way to the river (they do this with telepathy i think) so that you can suffer your bad beat and cash back in quicker.  And they have to be careful to only give this curse to those that they know will buy back in later.  because otherwise they are wasting their time flushing all your money to other people if you aren't going to buy back in.  they have to risk that you are so stupid that will "know" they are cursing you but you still have the ignorance to buy back in to just get cursed again later.

everyone is so certain about this cash out curse.  so if you cash out, why don't you take a week off.  then start playing again.  or is the site too smart for that.  they track your account (your measly $500 account, which means NOTHING) and they flag it forever so that the next time you play you get bad beats?  really, you think so?  sounds like a lame excuse for loosening up your play
