Blackjack is actually the worst game you can use this system for, the martingale system will work in the short run, I've seen people successfully use it for long weekends in vegas and they ended up with a free trip, however its not for the faint of heart and if you do want to take the risk you'd be a lot better off doing it in a game like baccarat where the odds of winning each hand are almost exactly 50-50. Even if you play blackjack perfectly you will lose well over 50% of the hands, you make your money in blackjack on splits, doubles, and blackjacks. What if you've lost 7 hands in a row then you have an 11 against a 5 do you still double it? If not then you're really screwing yourself. So if you want to play the martingale system (not recommended) use it for baccarat or the don't pass line on the craps table, not blackjack

I'm in Costa Rica working in a Book, and believe me guys....IT'S RIGGED. If you can't avoid it, Block that shit and tell them to never open it. This is a true story... A Customer called me to request a Payout Bankwire for $16k then called me 6min later to change the amount for the payout for $9k... 7min later he called to cancel the payout... when i check, guess what... Black Jack. Thats half of what the president here makes every month. What i would recommend is real-time BlackJack where you play against other players, for 10 rounds and the one with most chips is the winner. I'm not in marketing but i love to play small and fun so check it out.

Figured I'd throw my hat into the online blackjack ring...I agree, something is fishy and I've found out the hard way. The house starts pulling out crazy hands, always hitting 21, or the hold card always being a face when they have a face showing. Its tough because its not like the chips are right in front of you, its a different dynamic and one that can hit you quick and hard. Its not paced like a casino, and its tough to stay away. You start betting differently, trying to catch yourself and it only gets worse. I lost 2600 one night, and that was in a matter of a couple hours. It was horrible. Luckily I had a good sports season to cover that, but it is the most sickening feeling. And like someone said above, its a horrible feeling when playing, and a sense of relief once you are done. I recently lost a decent amount again, less than a grand, and it still pains me that I went back to playing. I tried to recoup some poker losses quickly, and ended up playing for hours just trying to get back to even. The house would pull insane low cards with a 16, and always hit 21 with 11 showing. I will stay away now for good, and I wish I could disable the java program that allows it to run. I think now I am done with this though, and would rather play in a casino, where I know that even though the odds are still against me, it is not rigged. Stay away people if you can.

I have seen someone lose 18 straight hands at a live BJ table. This guy was complaining though that he lost 45 straight hands on the internet, a math genious determined that was impossible if the game was on the square, eventually you would have to win. It's like if you flipped a coin 45 straight times, or even 20 times, would you get heads every time? Impossible

I have used the martingale system for years and I have added one rule. Never break your hand. Countless time the dealer will be showing a face card and my hand will be 12, 13, or 14. I stay and the dealer will turn over a 14, 15, or 16 and then have to hit and get a face card. So, in essence, I think that online blackjack is rigged but I have withdrawn $2000 in the last two years using this method.

So today, with around 1200 in the account I play BJ, and it was as sick as it gets, they will give you all the 1s and 5s you want but you play 100s, the computer has a different formula, I know. 600.00 in losses in a half hour. I was so sick to start a Monday morning, and kept fighting the urge to go back in and play. Finally, I broke down and logged back in and put the last 600 in play, BUT it did not go the way you thought it would, down to my last 75.00 and after a 300.00 hand WON, I am back at 1,200.. This site allows you to block casino and I made the call. I cannot do this to my heart anymore. We all need to realize Sports Betting online and thats it, period. Online BJ is truly the devil's playground. Goodluck fellas.

No it doesnt but the point he's trying to make is that the odds of this happening are so high thats its realistically impossible. Hope that cleared it up for you, the "common sense retard"

I'm in total agreement with all that is being said about online blackjack......i have lost most of my sportsbook winnings in the casino playing BJ.....twice i had turned $150 into $2900+ over several days of BJ play....logged out ....then logged in the next morning and all hell broke loose.....you name it ...it happened....my best advice is too stay as far away from online BJ as you can ...Phantom says it all....the devil .....they,ll give but they'll most certainly take it back.....and the withdrawal process magnifys the problem.......they know human nature....

I have to agree with almost everyone on here about you should get out now! The only way to win close to the amount that you lose at blackjack is by counting cards. Most online casinos never shuffle so that would make it impossible to count the cards in order to know if you should bet big or small depending on the amount of high cards left in the deck. I have worked for a bookie for several years now who is a partner in a website that they set up in order to take all of the action online. There is a casino on there that offers 7 different types of blackjack. Week after week I see good cappers win lots of money betting sports but they cant stay off of that casino long enough to cash out the winnings. He is padding his pockets by dummies who are addicted to the casino. He has never told me it is rigged but everytime someone is up he just they will be on the casino before payday so dont worry about it. I myself have experienced this over and over again. It is very addicting therefore you should have the casino turned off if this is an option. If you think that you can control yourself because you dont bet a lot, you are completely wrong. There will be a couple of days that it seems like you cant lose and you may make a few hundred bucks but that is intentional so that your mindset will be that you can make money everytime you enter the room. I would be willing to bet that online blackjack could put the smallest better ($1 per hand) on tilt so fast that your betting a hundred within a couple minutes.

I know there are problems with online BJ. I have had similar experiences as well. The dealer always seems to turn over a face card while the hole card is a face card. Different formula for the deck when you bet higher. The other bad thing about online BJ is you don't know how many decks the online game uses. It makes it very hard for those who do it, to count cards. I was in a hand playing against 4 or 5 others, and the cmputer dealt the same card to four of the players including myself. So that's at least 4 decks. Then the dealer's hole card was a fifth card, but since I was in the first position, I was able to catch this..... I stayed with 19, a couple others busted (the card are removed quickly). Then the dealer, with a face card showing, and turns over his hole card to discover a 5th identical card. That card was the big ACE of spades. Needless to say, none of the players got the blackjack.... the dealer did.... not cool!!

It will work if you have the time and patience. Most people do not.
I used the same system when in Vegas years ago, in 1969 or 1970. The casino was Circus Circus.. I went to a $2. table. at 4:00 in the morning. All the drunks were just going to bed.
I sat down and played the dealer heads up from the shoe ( they just started using shoes then ). I lost like 30 consecutive hands. I could not win. Dealer said to me, why do you stay at this table ? I said, I just wanted to see how many times damn she could win !.
All of a sudden it turned, I could not lose !!!. I kept increasing my bet. I must have won about 15 in a row. The table was a 2. minimium 1000. maximum bet. I was doubling up until I got to about $800. began betting $100 at a time. I'd lose one now and then but kept pressing. Pit bosses and muscle guys gathered round and were staring at me. ( the wiseguys were running Vegas back then) but I continued betting and winning.
It ended like this,, I was up about 3000. bucks. The pit boss came over and changed out the decks, I said whoa wait a minute. He said, we can change decks when ever we feel like someone is making a move on us. As I was walking out, I kept looking back to see if they were still watching me. They were and they were pissed. Lol
That was the only time I ever won using that strategy.
I'll give a piece of advice even though this goes against the book. Do not split pairs below 8s no matter what the dealer's up card is, just hit or stand. It just gets you in double trouble.
