I will NOT be going this year, or any other year unless it is very convenient for me to go.
If this thing was in my city, I would play every year. Its not the money. Its the hassle. Oh, and add to that I have ZERO patience for poker.
Perfect example today. I won a satellite to play in the big 370 entry satellite at PS and Im doing fine, about 2.5 hrs in, and I just get incredibly bored and dont want to play anymore. So I do stupid things on purpose. Basically dumping, and Im the chip leader at my table.
If I cant play for 3 hours at home there is no way I can play over 7 days all day at the tables. I have to realize my limitations and poker is one of them. I know I am a fairly decent player but I cannot play if I dont want to, and at least 80% of the time I end up dumping my chips.
GL to anyone going. I will play one year, but its going to have to be built around a vacation because Im not going to vegas for a 3 hour run, which inevitably it will be.
