The federal indictment is the second time that Trump has been charged criminally this year!
In April, the Manhattan district attorney charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records!

Never has an ex-president been so vile & corrupt to actually be indicted on any lavel - let alone FEDERAL crimes.
I dislike Trump for the person he is, that he divides and abuses and demeans people and creates an environment of anger and hate, the country needs to be better than this and Trump is the worst president this country has ever had IMO.
That said, these charges are stupid, this is all they could come up with? He has done worse than this but it shows you how people with money can cover their tracks, buy off horrible deeds and use the law to obstruct and protect their awful decisions and actions.
It is interesting how you see a blip here or there about stuff that went on at his snobby residence, it reeks of cover up and disguise...it must be pretty horrible trying to defend, protect and evade all the garbage Trump does and make it so the guy has no accountability. Only the elite with money could get away with all the horrid things he has done over his lifetime and who knows what else.
These charges are disappointing to say the least and that shows you how far in front he is with deception and legal steps he takes to get away with things few can.

Whoa. Didn't see that one! Must've happened as I was reading the CNN exclusive breaking news that they have obtained the transcript of Trump caught red-handed on tape acknowledging that he could not declassify the papers he was flashing around his New Jersey golf club in front of people with no security clearance.
In other words, he knew, he acknowledged ON TAPE that those classified documents were NOT declassified, but he not only had illegal possession but waved them around in public anyway!
Former government security officials are saying this evidence completely derails Trump's defense.

Now liberals and decent law-abiding conservatives need to hope for two things:
1) The skillful prosecution team manages to empanel a jury free of Trump-loving RWNJs.
2) At least some of these potential felony convictions are not overturned by RWNJs on the Supreme Court.
I am hoping that all trials and appeals are completed well before the 2024 elections, but I don't think that is likely.
