Legal for some places to require proof of vaccination such as airports and schools.  In Florida, governor DeSantis ill-thought-out ban on vaccine passports is costing the cruise ship industry thousands of jobs and dollars.  His long shot lawsuit against US center for disease control is a political stunt.  The problem isn't the CDC because federal government has broad regulation over ports of entry and international commerce.
