While I would love to see the 25th evoked, realistically I think it very unlikely Pence would do it.

However, the House can impeach!  Talk is growing over this, and moving immediately to a House vote.

The Senate is irrelevent, since our Constitution declares that "only the House can Impeach"

from office by the Senate (like the first time)

Symbolic only?  Yes.  But significant.

Personally I don't want him removed before Jan 20 because then Pence would pardon him from all his federal crimes.

they should have tried to invoke the 25th Amendment last week after Trump openly threatened yesterdays ceremony.

Why did Pelosi send only 200 national guards after they took the capital ?

dems should have been on 25th amendment for a long time, including 2020 election..... 

russia impeachment was such an overstretch.... trump deserved impeachment for obstruction of justice. but that, while very wrong, was in reaction to russia probe.
