Sure ! if you can’t trust the word of a disgraced former president, rapist, and fraudster then who can you trust?

A. They say it’s the strongest worthless clause they’ve ever seen, meaning, they say the document is worthless.

Even for Trump, that’s mindboggling. 

Do all Ultra wealthy people think like Trump & Leona Helmsley that “ Only the little people pay taxes”  ? Trump has stated many many times everyone does it !

The trumps go around saying Mar-a-Lago is worth $1.5 billion, reminder that the Trump holding company that owns Mar-a-Lago filed 2020 tax returns saying it had real estate assets of $28 million and a yearly net income *loss* of $3 million.

Too bad according to Trump his returns were being Audit all those years ! Right…

And that is saying something  given that the bar is already so low...

The issue isnt really what Trump thinks his assets are worth because he can think whatever he wants. The issue is if he committed fraud by inflating values to secure legal financing in which you sign the contract claiming you ARE NOT being dishonest about your finances, the value of pledged assets and all financial data represented to secure the financing/loan/credit line etc.

If this is regarding the NY case, the issue isnt what Trump thinks or how he values his assets because to him the value is whatever he needs to get what he wants and that is in great part what caused his demise multiple times over in the past.

 Yes it the case in New York ! What bothers me more is there is good possibility that most of the extremely high achievers in are country practice similar accounting tactics to some extent and defraud our nation of hundreds of billions in realized taxes! And it’s been the norm for 60 or 70 years!  

True. I saw a no name attorney get dinged for misrepresenting assets in a bankruptcy proceeding. She failed to disclose a $10,000 thing and got nailed. One could only imagine how many charges she’d face if she had hundreds of misrepresentations over years and years like Trump did
