a good intelligent american supports big government no matter what the policy or what war we start, right? just stick your head in the sand and whatever big government tells you is what you should do.
i don't want to fight wars just so special interests can get rich so i should leave. but if i got multiple deferments when we were actually at war and didn't pay my taxes that support the military, you'd vote for me for president.

i've never worked in advertising, but i think signing up for the military to serve a petulant child who has sh*t on military service his whole life needs to come with a better slogan than this.

Trump is behaving exactly like anyone should have expected. His supporters believe the U.S. can tell other countries what to do and that he can bully them around with threats. So yeah, his base is excited because they believe those tactics will work. I know it's not going to work and that Trump doesn't understand the intricacies of our relationships with other countries.
He's not studious and spends his time worrying about personal vendettas. You can't defer major issues to your counterparts when the idea of electing a president is to have an outlined vision for the future. Having limited knowledge on various subjects and consulting people occasionally for input is no fing way to run a country. Trump's vision is shooting from the damn hip every day and hoping he hits a few targets if he's lucky. I still think it's hilarious so I'm enjoying the humor.
