For the most part Conservative humor, such as it is, seems to mostly consist of insulting people they don’t like. That’s not humor. You can insult somebody while making a joke, but the joke needs to land. If you don’t you just come off looking like an idiot. Which they do!

Trump sounds unhinged in latest rally.  He praises fictional serial killer Hannibal Lechter as a wonderful man as though he is a real person.  Falsely comparing migrants to violent criminals from insane asylums.  But Trump's negligence allowed thousands of Americans to die during pandemic.  A number that Lechter cannot match.

Republicans are more interested in political stunts instead of governing wisely.  Absurd for Trump to promise to pardon convicted criminals while prosecuting innocent people.  Previously, Trump failed promise to put Hillary Clinton in jail because justice department found of lack of justification.  Despite years of investigations, republicans still couldn't impeach Biden.  However impeaching Trump twice was far easier because of plenty of evidences.
