By many measures, the US economy remains on strong footing, including the labor market.
Economic growth registered at a strong 3.3% annualized rate in the fourth quarter, according to Commerce Department data, and is on track to remain north of 3% in the first three months of this year, the Atlanta Fed is currently projecting.
@fubah2
Love to read the positive news. Thanks.
This differs from others who seem to dwell eternally on cynicism, negativity, anger, and constant bellyaching.

CA fastfood workers will soon be getting $20/hour starting in April. I would love for a big chain like McDonalds to say F u California, we are breaking our leases, shuttering our stores and we have had enough.
LIBS are too dumb to understand that it is the "" market "" that is supposed to set wages, not the government. How many 16 year olds are losing the opportunity for their first job, learning the responsibility that comes with it, because they are now priced out of the market..

But it gets worse.... Apparently, Panera was granted an exclusion from this new minimum wage because the legislation says you are an exempt, if you make your own bread on the premises.
And the CEO is a big donor to Governor Newsom..
Yet CA Democrats will continue to vote for this loser that is making their fastfood trips more expensive

Dems love counting those Government and part-time jobs as productive and claim they are good for the US. We all know the economy is fake from the Dem funny money going into the markets.
Trump will open up a MASSIVE energy spigot and help the World with all the energy we can produce. He will re-start a real economy without the crazy inflation. Energy is the life blood of a great economy and being energy independent will allow Trump to fix some of the current nightmare caused by this green nut-job agenda.
God Bless you Donald J. Trump and thank you for all you did and will do for us in the future.

Ford will shut down one of two production shifts in April at the Dearborn, Michigan, factory that builds the F-150 Lightning electric pickup. The move is part of "matching F-150 Lightning production to customer demand," the company said Friday.
General Motors recently made a similar announcement about its Chevrolet Silverado EV, announcing it would postpone adding production facilities for the truck, which went into production last spring for corporate customers.
Hmmm that is strange as they said those BIG $7,500 in federal EV tax credits would make people really want something that they do not want. Maybe give them $25,000 in tax credits next.
