You still didnt directly answer, you like the blame and attack approach instead of just answering a question. I didnt say Trump is guilty or do you think Trump is guilty. I only asked if you think IF he is found guilty will there be incidents that come IF he is found guilty?

Are you not understanding the same question asked like 5x now or what is the reason why you cant answer? I am not going to attack you with your answer, I am just interested if you think there would be reactions and incidences IF he IS found guilty?

Your reply to Sidehatch prompted my question, he thinks that there will be incidences and I asked what YOU thought since you said he lived in a bubble, so do YOU think there will be any incidences in the case he is found guilty?

But thanks for the explanation, I am not sure why you could not just say yes or no? Its fine you think IF he is found guilty there will not be any incidents and I hope IF he is guilty that there are not any. Given past track records for the Trump extremist segments I am not sure how there would not be, but I am hopeful that no incidences and no retribution efforts from the fringe crowd. No citizen should be harmed from a verdict regarding Trump, guilty or not there is no reason for another person to be harmed and I hope that is what happens.

Why the personal petty stuff and the attacks as to respond? I didnt insult you or attack you, I just stepped in when you took a swipe AGAIN at another member and asked for your opinion.

If found guilty, I believe there will be incidents. Probably not in NYC but across the country because the deplorables can't control themselves.

peace_5 *IF* unexpectedly the jury votes him guilty on *ALL* 34 counts - then yes, for sure, just like you say.

I think though that it could be a closer call about violent MAGA-cult incidences anywhere *IF* he is only convicted on some charges but not the large majority of them. In that case, they may feel mostly vindicated (albeit wrongly) and likely to back off from acting out violently given the rash of PRISON SENTENCES handed out to other pro-fascism MAGA-cult morons from the Jan 6 assault on democracy.

There will be death threats if Trump is convicted. His former attorney Ty Cobb believes a conviction is inevitable. There’s no reason to believe that MAGA death threats (aka domestic terrorism) will suddenly stop. They will keep coming. And I hope the feds will prosecute those threats accordingly.

And if Trump gets found guilty I see some push back...it's Rodney King and OJ Simpson all over again....people will be outraged but to what extent...will be interesting to see if cities get lit on fire or peaceful protests turn ugly...

and just because one is wearing a shirt that looks like they are supporting someone or something doesn't mean it is true...didn't we all learn from the BLM activity that took place....in some cases if you saw someone wearing this garb you could think they were setting up the narrative to be opposite...you can't put it past people cause you never know now-a-days what is really what or who is really who...

Oh, I think if found not guilty there will be push back as well...valid question...I think regardless something goes down, but I think more so if he is found guilty...just a feeling....lots of unhappy people on the fence looking to do something....just look at what the schools are going through with the protesting now...people are geared up and ready to protest and cause violence in America...

Sad but true...Peeps been arming up themselves of all ages and color. Surprisingly, women too. They definitely cherish their 2nd Amendment rights. Don't think there has ever been this much mistrust in government here before.

This current DJT trial only reinforces that mistrust. Government going against a former president....WTF?? An extremely dangerous slope.

So because Trump was president then he should not be prosecuted if he broke the law? Why is that?

Trump is no different, no better, no more deserving of equal treatment than you or I. To me there was very reasonable cause for this case and he is going through the legal process the same way you or I would. There are other cases which are going forward that he is also deserving of prosecution. If you skirt the fringes with your actions both personally and from a corporate perspective you take that risk of being prosecuted. This is not a witch hunt it is the legal process working and we should support it not minimize it because we like or dislike the politician.

Same goes for Hunter Biden, he should be prosecuted and face trial as should anyone breaking the law and especially those who have power and privilege like he does.

Polls show most people think Trump should be indicted and convicted. Presidents aren't kings and don't have absolute immunity against crimes. Limited immunity is allowed only to perform official duties. In a democracy, important to hold leaders accountable.
