Breakdown of the family unit is why this happens. Mom has 5 kids with 4 dads and none of them are around. The kids turn into animals with no discipline or leadership. After this happens over 3 generations, you get West Baltimore...

If you think the Bush administration had an incredible unemployment percentage I'm curious to see how you feel about the numbers during the Clinton administration..
