El Paso wanted to declare a state of emergency back in Oct. The White House told them not to do it, mid-term elections were close and the narative was "border is secure".
December 17th El Paso declares emergency, suddenly Oh My, we now have a problem at the border after two years of failure. El Paso is cleaned up, migrants who were living on streets, crawling through the sewers were gathered up and removed for Biden's visit. Three hour visit, photo-op, blame everybody but himself and he's on his way.

President Joe Biden tweeted an image of his first-ever border visit Sunday that featured Trump's border wall in El Paso, Texas — after Biden and his party shut down President Donald Trump’s border wall idea for years.
With thousands of migrants pouring across the border daily, and millions entering the U.S., often illegally, since he took office, Biden was under pressure to visit the border for the first time in a half century of politics.
He chose to tweet an image of himself doing so — from the official presidential account — flanked by Border Patrol officers and walking along Trumps wall that exists in El Paso, one of the most secure points on the border.
If Biden and the corrupt state media had any integrity ... they would have taken pictures of Idiot Joe walking by a pile òf wall panels, sitting on the ground rusting.
