That's a weak excuse. The hyphen isn't even placed correctly for a phonetic pronunciation. If it was, it would be Ka•ma•la. And besides, you aren't parsing out the pronunciation of anyone else's name. It isn't Joe Bi-den. Don-old Trump. "That's the way she wants it pronounced."? It's her name. She wants it pronounced as it's pronounced. And I don't think anyone on this site, reading your posts, is struggling with said pronunciation. So I ask again, what's the reasoning for the hyphen? What are you really trying to say?
As far as the second part, animals is probably fair, but my question is how did the become her animals? Having experience with anarchists, which is who has driven these riots and the subsequent destruction, I can tell you that they don't belong to any political party. They do lean liberal, but anarchist are anti-government in general. This is the message that has been sent in Portland time and time again with actions such as vandalizing the Democratic party's headquarters yesterday and vandalizing Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler's apartment complex, calling for his resignation this summer. I know it would be convenient to just make them all Democrats and connect dots but as someone who has experienced the carnage in Portland first hand, and who experienced the occupy movement at it's height while still living in Oakland, as someone who has friends who are anarchists, who has broken bread with anarchists, I can tell you they distrust the Democratic Party as much as the Republican Party. As well they should. All big government is shady. There are outliers in each party but the career Pelosis and the career McConnells are equally as slimy.
Stu. I agree with you. The problem is with Democrats and Republicans and it is up to the people to demand that our government acts in the best interests of the people. My reasoning in calling them animals? Well, when the violence erupted on the 6th, Pelosi was guilty of a snap rush to judgement against Trump supporters. No investigation. No legitimate hearing. Nothing.
Then 2 weeks later the FBI announces that they were tracking the threat well in advance of the 6th. Yet the Capitol Police and DCPD were completely unprepared. Why?
So yesterday violence erupts in Portland, Seattle and now Boston. The rigged left wing CNN along with all of our media outside of Fox reports NOT A SINGLE WORD. Still nothing today and let's not neglect to mention that the WH has the full capability to prevent a certain unnamed web site from automatically redirecting to the White House web site.
Trump is no longer around to blame so it's way past time to start working on the real problems.

Again, I wasn't questioning the use of the word "animals". I rather agree with the characterization. I was questioning how they became "her" animals. Wild animals don't belong to anyone. They're just wild. Also, and I hate being put in the roll of Devil's advocate but there's a huge difference between anarchists causing chaos in Portland, which they have been continuously doing for half of a year, and storming the capitol. Not only that, the anarchist in Portland have made it very clear that they are not beholden to any political party by actions such as those I listed above. Those who stormed the capitol made it very clear that they are beholden to a political party, or more specifically, one man. So this tit for tat, "Well, Democrats are burning cities..." is nonsensical. Now if you want to call out Democratic politicians for there unwillingness to call out these domestic terrorists in cities like Portland i'll be lined up right behind you but the parallels you are trying to draw are invalid.

I think Ramble's reasoning for saying Kamala's name the way he does is quite obvious. She is black and he is triggered by having such a person working in the White House again.
