California is at it again.......

Well guys the AG of California says that is any business owner cooperates in the upcoming ICE raids in Northern California they will be put in jail. So if they lie to ICE....they go to jail and if they help ICE......they go to jail. Quick fact check{Don't you love that term liberals} the AG cannot jail people for helping ICE. But this goes with many other great ideas that California has done lately......Lets count them:

1. Knowingly giving someone AIDS is now a msideameanor in CA

2. Knowingly donating HIV positive blood is not a crime

3. Release of prisoners

4. Kids as young at 5 in public school must be taught LGBT issues

5. They are now a sanctuary state

6. AT UC San Diego showing a picture of Kate Steinle is a HATE CRIME

7. Companies that decide to build the border wall will be blackballed out of California

8. On their way to passing their own net neutrality

9. wants to leave the U.S.{i'll pack their stuff}

10. You must now capture cow farts or you will be fined

11 police can no longer arrest underage prostitutes

And with all this crap plus the fires and mudslides they wonder why they are under God's judgment. Mark my words: soon they will pass a law declaring the bible as fake news

The 12.2 quake will come and California will be destroyed. Judgment day is coming soon

The Bible is fake news

Actually, California's sanctuary law prohibits state and local police from using resources to investigate, detain, report or arrest persons for the purposes of immigration enforcement which is a federal responsibility.  This doesn't prohibit federal authorities from doing their work.  Federal agents can still work with state correction officials and question immigrants in jail. If illegal immigrants commit crimes, they can still be arrested by local police. 

This law is defensible in court.  According to 10th amendment of US constitution, courts have ruled that federal government can't compel states to enforce federal law.  Also courts can block slashing of federal grants to sanctuary jurisdictions.  California is building a wall of justice against Trump's xenophobic, racist and ignorant immigration policies. 

  Despite a big immigrant population, California has one of the strongest economy in the US with low unemployment and above average household income.  According to Cato institute, sanctuary cities have lower crime rates.

ICE is a penny ante bid in a $10 dollar minimum poker game. Just another bluster that doesn't mean diddly-squat. If Trump actually wanted to hurt California he would start talking about closing, or moving, some of the Pentagon / Defense contracting facilities there. California is overloaded with military bases, defense contractors and federal regional offices and courts. That is the federal largesse in California and closing or moving that type of income would do serious damage. ICE is not a pimple on a poor kids arse.
