Democrats run all of the cities where police shootings happen

Seriously, they should have accepted help from, and been supportive of, the National Guard. Now it's a pissing match. If they asks for help, it's admitting Trump was right. So he's being stubborn and it's costing the city dearly. I live out in the country but if I lived in Portland i'd be pissed. I really don't know what the answer is. The riots have been raging for over 3 mos and the gun violence for just as long.

Six Democrat mayors split with their party and joined the Trump train this week.   Harbors Mayor Chris Swanson, Virginia Mayor Larry Cuffe, Chisholm Mayor John Champa, Ely Mayor Chuck Novak, Eveleth Mayor Robert Vlaisavljevich and Babbitt Mayor Andrea Zupancich all signed a joint letter supporting the President in the 2020 eleciton.

“As Greater Minnesota Mayors from Democratic cities on the Iron Range of Minnesota, we write today to formally endorse the re-election of President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. Like many in our region, we have voted for Democrats over many decades. We have watched as our constituents’ jobs left not only the Iron Range, but our country,” the group of mayors said. “By putting tariffs on our products and supporting bad trade deals, politicians like Joe Biden did nothing to help the working class. We lost thousands of jobs, and generations of young people have left the Iron Range in order to provide for their families with good paying jobs elsewhere.”

New York will vote republican.    The city is a shithole, cuomo , diblasio worthless pieces of human flesh.   Cuomo killed more than bin laden.    And the count keeps growing.   Stuff going on in there the news won't cover.   A complete mess.   Republican areas doing well yet cuomo abuses his executive power to strangle them.  

Trumpettes forget about President Trumpelthinskin railing about radicalized Muslims taking up arms while he has done the same with the youth of America as evidenced by the 17 year old juvenile from Illinois who shot 2 people killing one.

And there's evangelical church that raised over 200k in defense of this little piglet.

But Republicans who control the Legislature say they don't intend to take any immediate action on the bills, ending the special session seconds after they gavel it in. It's a tactic Republicans used in November when Gov. Tony Evers tried to force them to take action on gun control bills.

Cooperation is needed for constructive changes to take place.

It really amazes me how if a person says something that a dem disagrees or dislike,  the person gets fired or wrongly labeled.   That is a form of bullying.    I am not a fan of bullying.

The House passed a stimulus plan in May & Moscow Mitch has not brought it to a vote in the Senate. The country is waiting on the Republican held Senate & Americans will remember this is November.

People are jobless, many are emptying their savings to put food on the table for their families & trying not to catch covid.

Americans will remember this as well in November.

Of course you knew I would respond as soon as I was able to find out a little bit about these Mayors.

Chris Swanson is the mayor of a town with a population of about 3,700 constituents. Not a huge voting base I would say. He's up for reelection this year.

Larry Cuffe is the mayor of a town the has been busy approving the massage license for two requester, training for 2 city employees and allowing TNT Fireworks & Generous Jerry's Fireworks to sell their product within the city limits with a Transient Merchant application. They also approved a number of variance request for construction. I'm sure all 8,000 residents are happy.

John Champa has used funds from the car act to spend 12k for masks to be used in schools & the community.  His city has also approved a number of variances & to upgrade traffic lights to LED grade on all 5 of their intersections.

Chuck Novack is up for reelection & needs the support of his 3,400 residents. They have spent 43k of the 256k the city on disinfectant equipment with other planned for city overtime & laptops to be used remotely by employees.

Robert V.... had the honor of speaking @ RNC, so no surprise here.

Andrea Zupavich is the mayor of about 1500 residents. They approved a new garbage contract & it's a great place for fishing. 

So we are talking about 6 mayors with about 10k constituents. I'm sure they are all nice little towns but is this supposed to scare the Democratic party?

You guys are so lazy, you didn't even research these people and the political power they may or may not yield. So instead of posting a laughing emoji, this is more appropriate.

And of those, surely not ALL of those (half)

 - from a traditional blue state - are going to follow their tiny town mayors

and vote red (satan).  In fact, 10k  is really stretching the benefit of the doubt

BTW...children are residents too.
