President-elect Donald Trump has not yet submitted a series of transition agreements with the Biden administration, in part because of concerns over the mandatory ethics pledge vowing to avoid conflicts of interest once sworn in to office, CNN has learned.

As president, Trump repeatedly came under fire from ethics groups for potential conflicts of interest relating to his businesses and brands. Both Trump’s and his family’s foreign business ties have also come under intense scrutiny throughout his time in office and on the campaign trail.

Trump and his transition team are already behind in accessing key transition briefings from the Biden administration, as they have failed to sign a pair of agreements to unlock critical information before taking over the federal government in 72 days.

The holdup revolves in part around the mandatory agreement over ethics issues.

NON-MAGA Judge strikes down draconian conservative abortion laws, including an explicit ban on pills to end pregnancy

A state judge on Monday struck down Wyoming’s overall ban on abortion and its first-in-the-nation explicit prohibition on the use of medication to end pregnancy.

Since 2022, Teton County District Judge Melissa Owens has ruled three times to block the laws while they were disputed in court.

Senator Warren warns that Trump team is already breaking the law by refusing to comply with Presidential transitions act.  He continues an astonishing amount of corruption from first term. Previously,  "Citizens for responsibility and ethics in Washington" recorded over 3000 conflicts of interest.  Survey of historians rank Trump last in moral authority among presidents.

 Incredible.  But the MAGA bubble is just fine with corruption to these astonishing levels.  No doubt much more to come, and they will be perfectly accepting of that too!

If America is to "keep its Republic" we will need to monitor closely all forms of MAGA corruption over the coming term of trump and his so called "unified reich"

Two dozen Democratic-led states and cities are challenging President Donald Trump’s bid to end birthright citizenship in court, a major constitutional challenge to one of the White House’s signature policies.

The lawsuits allege that a Trump executive order signed Monday violates the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, which gives a constitutional right of citizenship to all children born in the United States.
