He tries to withhold disaster relief to California and Puerto Rico. In contrast, Biden administration always provide disaster relief for any state and direct federal funds for infrastructure to republican states.

Foreign visitors without insurance have to pay out of pocket for healthcare. High cost can be a barrier to getting healthcare. Under the law, hospitals provide minimal healthcare for serious emergencies even if patient is uninsured. Illegal immigrants pay taxes but don't qualify for medicaid and Obamacare.

Healthcare is a business, so telling an entire business sector what they have to do seems very unamerican to me...your country doesn't owe you healthcare, that's a lame rhetoric...that's like saying everyone deserves a new car because it is essential to life...also, not true...
As a business they set their costs...are hospital visits and doctor's visits too high without healthcare, yes, but that is besides the point....as an individual you have a choice to eat healthy, exercise, not drink or smoke, etc. and try to keep healthy...do we do this as a society, no, so as a choice to not do the things that could help your health we choose not to and as a result it leads to needing healthcare.....I don't agree with the government stepping in and meddling with businesses...that's too much control....if you choose to live unhealthy then pay the cost of health insurance so that it can reduce your costs when you need the care....this whole regulating healthcare from the government is not right...let the insurance companies have their business and let them handle how they want to...our government has no business trying to run or regulate health insurance when it can't even control what it is....and as a business that provides healthcare to thousands of employees each year, the costs are astronomically high and so are the forced costs the employer has to contribute to those who elect....
