Rudy Giuliani must pay two Georgia poll workers who sued him for defamation $148 million after he falsely accused them of helping to steal the 2020 presidential election from Donald Trump.
Due to Giuliani’s defamatory statements (which he admitted were defamatory), the plaintiffs and their children were the target of countless death threats and endless harassment.
Judgement says that $75 million of that was punitive damages resulting from his repeated lies 
He’s obviously going to appeal, but I don’t see him being able to work this any lower than $40 million. That should cook him.
I think the saddest part is the pollworker’s teenage son having to deal with the constant threats and racist remarks, that had to leave some permanent damage.
When you listen to the people Trump and his group harmed it is just disgusting. Rudy and Trump and so many of his cult fans think there is no harm in antagonizing and attacking people and justify it based on lies. Those workers lives are changed forever based on zero evidence, zero proof and those jerks do not care about harming others because it pushes their narrative and who cares about destroying another persons life in the process.
Rudy is a nut job, what happened to that guy...those election workers did not deserve the attacks he made and that Trump created to try and destroy democracy and our election process. If you think there was fraud or laws being broken then go at the issue legally and do not destroy the lives of innocent people to forward the narrative.

Lets go down that rabbit hole and actually consider what they are suggesting, the Trump and goofy pillow guy and Rudy and many others, lets just do that for the sake of arguement.
What IF these two workers were doing what they suggest? There is no proof but I am saying what if the claims they are making are true...lets consider it for a minute.
Does it make the attacks and risk of life deserving if they were stealing votes? If what Rudy claims actually happened, does that mean the two workers who make min wage and are not at all criminal masterminds of the liberal elite that they deserve to have their names thrown out into the savage Trump public where the crazies will literally hound and attack and possibly do harm? Do the actions of Trump and Rudy and pillow guy have merit deserving of risking their lives, families, their safety?
Do Rudy, pillow dude and Trump not think that naming the counting worker puts them at risk, that their vicious words and details of their lives puts them at risk? I think they know 100% fully that them pointing fingers even if valid is a risk and they just do not care. Their narrative and agenda about a rigged election matter more than the lives of some min wage average USA citizen.
To me that is why Rudy got raked in this verdict, that the jury saw how he had zero regard for those two workers, even if he is right it is the wrong thing to do, he was a lawyer and was a public servant and obviously has completely lost his sense of right and wrong. Those two election workers were not inner liberal DNC operatives, they were lower income average people who were just trying to do their job. If these guys want to explore the narrative then do so in a way that is respectful to US citizens, file lawsuits and legal claims against the institution, NOT the worker, the individual and put their lives at risk, your rigged election narrative is no more important than the safety and lives of those workers and their lack of concern and consideration of anyone but the narrative is dangerous. Trump has no respect for anyone but his narrative and agenda, this to me is the largest reason why he should not be leading anything but his golf club and his family.

Those two people will be harmed forever, they have risk every day of their lives because many people who follow and worship Trump will do wild things which puts their lives at risk. And Rudy today acted like he is still right and has no regret for his actions even if he was right and had cause (which he does not)

This isnt a partisan issue, its treating people in a proper way. DEM or RNC it doesnt matter, when someone puts another person at risk for their own personal agenda or narrative that is the problem.
Those two women are just salt of the earth oddball average people you would see walking down the street, they were working for low wages trying to do their job and that agenda of Trump/Rudy/pillow guy put their lives at risk, I think both had to move and drop out of their local community because of the threats and harm they were at risk of exposure to due to the libel from the stolen election group.
