Each Memorial Day we go to our local cemetary with 4 other vets & their spouses & place flags at the graves of veterans that have passed. This year we placed 17 more flags than we had last year. It's a very sobbering experience especially when we come across a grave of a young soldier. By young, I mean in their 40's & 50's.

@spockgato I only addressed your repeated complaints on why those guys do not engage with you and its blaringly obvious to me. You constantly antagonize them and try to provoke them. You make fun of their style of interaction even though it has NOTHING to do with you! The way they interact bothers you and you try to get a reaction from them. You try to get cute with the little digs in your replies. You mock and incite and act like you really care but you do not. Dont try and force others to reply and engage with you! There are several who are actually heeding our advice about not engaging with others if you are inclined to break the rules or make things personal so this is actually following the rules as they have been asked.
If they do not want to play the games you are seeking with them please just move to the subset who agrees with you.
You do not have to agree or like their style but it is not breaking a rule it is not attacking or personally intimidating you directly so just move along and let them exist as they want even though it bugs you.

How about both of your groups knock it off, you both make this an issue and neither are willing to make things better. This is not the penalty box where you can follow each other around and make the comments to annoy, this is a common area of the site where rules apply even here in the politics forum.
If this continues to be a nagging issue we can just put all of you in the box for a month to sort it out..
