Clinton responded that she wanted illegal alien children who crossed the border to be sent back because it “sends a clear message” to those in other countries that the U.S. will not tolerate people who come into this country illegally.
“We have to send a clear message: just because your child gets across the border, that doesn’t mean the child gets to stay,” Clinton said at the time. “So we don’t want to send a message that is contrary to our laws or will encourage more children to make that dangerous journey.”

It wasn't that long ago (2015 before Trump) that all Democrats were against illegal immigration. Then they found out if they gave the illegals free stuff that they would vote Democrat and it changed everything. They're nothing but a bunch of power hungry crooks who couldn't care less about the American worker or what illegal immigration has done to them. This is why they keep losing elections.

Illegal Aliens don't vote. It's fake news. All your right-wing conspiracy theorist would have you believe that the democrats have bust loads of illegals showing up to polls but the fact is those few that are able to assume voting rights don't show up to polls. Illegals are so wary of the system that they often don't even report crimes committed against them. They're not showing up to polling places. And another little tidbit. Hispanics are traditionally Republican. The whole "illegal aliens lining up to vote for Clinton" is just a storyline the Trump campaign came up with as an excuse for if Clinton won. If you think Mexicans, and specifically Mexican men, are lining up to elect a woman to any office then you clearly don't know many Mexicans. You could literally rob sn illegal and he won't report it for fear of getting found out but you think they're going to the polls to vote for Hillary Clinton? You're an idiot.

Oh and Trump? Your guy who "cares about the American worker". He still routinely brings workers over here from Mexico, both for service industry jobs and construction jobs, to save himself money. He's a real estate tycoon that still buys steel from China while American steel mills remain dead. He still manufacters products in China while American factories remain dead. He's anti-union, anti-workers rights. He's fought to keep wages low just to save a buck. He talks a good game about the American worker. He just doesn't believe in paying the American worker.

Please show me the information that suggests illegal immigrants would vote Republican. That's the most absurd thing I've seen on the internet this week.
Latino voters favored Democrat Barack Obama over Republican Mitt Romney by 71%-27%. Hillary 66%/Trump 28%. Democratic candidates have garnered a greater share of the Hispanic vote than Republican candidates in every election over the past three decades.

I disagree.

If Republicans actually intended to fix the immigration system and make it realistic to become a citizen, then I'd probably support some of their rhetoric because I agree with needing a reasonable range of people who can speak English and know the country's history, rather than saying life is difficult in the world and America should provide an opportunity to every person no matter what.
I personally believe they don't want to streamline the process, though. So when they discuss the subject I tend to think the intention is to keep foreigners out of the country for as long as possible. Take the DACA thing. I saw 90% are working and I'm sure in general most of them are productive citizens and some may be employees companies really depend on. It doesn't make sense to get rid of them. Those are the kind of people who end up helping making America function well.
Yes, they are technically illegal but most of them will be deported to countries they barely know anything about and they won't know the language either. Trump looks like a giant ahole to Democrats when he does things like that. I will give him credit for striking a deal, however. That may have been the smartest thing I've seen him do so far.

Yes, of course. Trump said American wages were probably too high when asked about it during the primaries. That's primarily why I'm not optimistic about Trump in the long run. He might help companies out but I don't see wages for workers increasing, something that is definitely part of the problem right now.
