this gives a list of largest pacs to smallest pacs what was raised what was spent and with in the context of how all this was spent....

operational costs and affiliated group donations seem to be the largest expenditures.... short list democrats out spent republicans 5-1 and lost the House The senate, and the presidency to the republicans,

Looked at this for quite a bit of time, the numbers are super inflated,

the same dollars are passed between the organizations. hillary gives to act blue act blue gives to elect hillay then it passes back to the dnc who in return passes the buck giving top administrations huge weekly salaries in an effort to evade actually what was raised to elect Hillary,

the fact is the same dollar shows all these organizations collecting huge revenues but from each other their staff and a modest sum actually generated went to buy comercial space, then they liquidated all the accounts by dec 2016 now they seem like they are broke... the whole thing if done between buisnesses for profit would be an sec violation for inflationary practices to boost worth of a collection of stocks.... it is not real that hillary spent 1.5 billion to lose actually about a half a billion that kept being passed through so many channels. It would take an average accountant from a forensic stand point 10 years to figure all the loops these people went through to conceal money.

the forensic audit problems lie with that a bill was double paid they paid vin white 973 for a hotel room and paid the hotel the same amount, they paid their director of operations 2,753 sallary and paid adt 2,753 plus fees in a seperate check. these kind of inconsistancy would of launched an audit in any other situation than to pick on the government union workers party the demo rats.
