Former President Donald Trump acknowledged
in a new interview that, despite receiving counsel
from multiple people that the 2020 election was
NOT stolen, he pushed ahead anyway with his
false claims to try and overturn the results.

      The comments to NBC’s “Meet the Press”
directly address a central premise of special counsel
Jack Smith’s case against Trump over his efforts to
subvert the 2020 election results:
   that Trump knew
the election claims he was making were false
after being told by several close aides
that he had lost!

MAGA-moron RICO co-conspirator pleads guilty in Georgia election subversion case

Scott Hall, 59, is the first defendant in the case
brought by the Fulton County district attorney’s
office to take a plea agreement with prosecutors.

The agreement, entered in Fulton County Superior
Court on Friday afternoon, recommends a sentence
of five years probation.

Hall was accused of conspiring to unlawfully access
voter data and ballot counting machines at the Coffee
County election office on January 7, 2021.

He spent hours inside a restricted area of the election
office when voting systems were breached, which was
connected to efforts by pro-Trump conspiracy theorists
to find voter fraud. Hall was captured on surveillance
video at the office on the day of the breach.

*Hall had his RICO charges dropped and in return has agreed to testify FOR THE PROSECUTION.

Trump-era Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark
cannot move his Georgia election subversion case
from state to federal court, a judge ruled Friday.

The ruling from US District Judge Steve Jones is the
latest blow to the Georgia defendants who are trying
to move their state prosecutions into the federal system,
where they could get more favorable trial conditions or
increase their chances of getting the criminal charges
dropped altogether by invoking immunity protections
for US government officials.

Jones already rejected a similar request from Mark Meadows.

 Judge Steven Jones was confirmed by the Senate on February 28, 2011 by a 90–0 vote. He must have an impressive resume! He has no history of free trips paid by Millionaires

Looks like that fraud Sidney Powell just plead guilty and admits to lying about election being rigged in Georgia. Trying to prove something she knew did NOT happen. 

She will never practice law again in addition to whatever jail time she gets. Start of some justice for this clown show.

Powell admitted taking actions after the 2020 election “for the purpose of willfully tampering with electronic ballot markers and tabulating machines” and “with the intention of taking and appropriating information, data, and software, the property of Dominion Voting Systems Corporation,” according to new court filings. 

She is also admitting to hiring a data forensics firm and sending its employees to Coffee County so they could unlawfully access government computers with the purpose of “examining personal voter data, with knowledge that such examination was without authority,” according to the filings.

Pretty much sums up the bogus election fraud scheme to lie to Trump supporters in an attempt to rig the election in his favor. 

And the best part of the plea deal is, she must cooperate FULLY - she has to testify for the prosecution against the other idiots who are pleading NOT guilty;  no pleading the 5th;  no lying; - and if she violates any of those terms the plea deal is dropped and she is subject to full prosecution including prison time and revocation of her license to practice law.

Did the republican mob boss and his RICO crime syndicate successfully force a major delay with this trial in Georgia?
