I'm embarrassed for Trump supporters

Baby trump is angry with Incumbent gubernatorial primary candidate Brian Kemp because Kemp refused  to lie and cheat for Trump and overturn the fair elections in Georgia so Trump could be declared the phony winner.  He publicly announced there was no evidence of massive voter fraud in Georgia's counting of the 2020 election.

Kemp and Raffsenberger did the correct thing, the HONEST thing, the legal thing. 

But baby trump doesn't believe in democracy, he only believes in trump.  He didn't get his way so he is angry.

Baby trump came out loudly and publicly to endorse David Perdue who is running against Kemp.

Perdue, doing his part to show feelty to his master, has embraced THE BIG LIE - without any proof - and has smeared Kemp repeatedly, much to the glee of baby trump.

Baby trump has two notable (although laughable) accomplices stumping for Perdue and THE BIG LIE:  Caribou Barbie Palin and the racist, Marjorie Traitor Greene

Governor Kemp has former VP Mike Pence stumping for him, in direct opposition to baby trump.

The primary is tomorrow (May 24)

The outcome has *HUGE* significance - not just to see who will have to face Stacey Abrams (very narrow loss to Kemp in 2018) but how well baby trump's endorsement of a BIG LIE supporter will figure.

Baby trump's endorsement is BEHIND by a whopping 30 pts at this moment....

If baby trump's endorsement gets soundly beaten as expected,  what are the odds that baby trump will either ignore it or dismiss it as a nothing burger?

States with the most gun violence share one trait

People can debate the need for more or fewer armed guards at American schools, the use of active shooter drills and the wisdom of the idea that maybe even teachers should be packing heat.

But there's one thing that is indisputable in the available data on gun violence -- and the data is limited since until recently the federal government was effectively barred from gathering it...

The indisputable fact is that where there are more guns, there are more gun deaths.

There are indeed a horrific number of gun deaths in Chicago each year.

But there are more gun deaths in Texas, by far, than in any other state,
according to data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Texas suffered 4,164 gun deaths in 2020,
the most recent year for which the CDC has published data.
That's a gun death rate of 14.2 deaths per 100,000 Texans.

California, by comparison, saw 3,449 deaths, a gun death rate of 8.5

But even Texas does not have the highest gun death rate.
Far from it...
The top states by worst gun death rates are:

(all red states which voted for trump TWICE)

Mississippi -- 28.6
Louisiana -- 26.3
Wyoming -- 25.9
Missouri -- 23.9
Alabama -- 23.6
Alaska   -- 23.5

Conversely,
where there are FEWER guns, there are FEWER gun deaths!

The states with the *LOWEST* gun death rates:
        (in 2020, per the CDC......all Democrat states!!)

Hawaii            -- 3.4
Massachusetts -- 3.7
New Jersey     -- 5.0
Rhode Island  -- 5.1
New York       -- 5.3

This surprises me.  I would have thought NY was up there with those red states.

Illinois too, when we consider all the gun violence in Chicago.

But apparently not.

Just those red, gun-loving states.

Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann was acquitted Tuesday of lying to the FBI, in the first trial of special counsel John Durham's investigation.
The verdict is a major defeat for Durham and his Justice Department prosecutors, who have spent three years looking for wrongdoing in the Trump-Russia probe.

He FALSELY claimed Sussmann lied during a 2016 meeting in which he passed a tip to the FBI about Donald Trump and Russia.

Arizona Republican Lawmaker Suggests Says Buffalo Shooter was a Federal Agent

Arizona GOP lawmaker Wendy Rogers claimed a right-wing
conspiracy theory stating that a government agent was responsible
for a mass shooting in Buffalo, New York.

The claim is quite similar to far-right conspiracy theories
that mass massacres are government "false flag" conspiracies
to justify restricting citizens' rights.

Rogers now faces an ethics investigation for making her
inflammatory statements on Twitter regarding
the racist attack at the Buffalo supermarket.

MrWhatsItToYa is right.  If president is limited to two four-years terms, why not limit terms for congress and supreme court?  Other countries wisely have term limits.  Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I've mentioned before that I live in a Trump South Florida town, so I'm returning from the dentist & I see this tattered American flag flying from this guy's pole with a Trump flag above our flag. So I blew a gasket.

When I got home, I took one of the many brand new flags from our garage & wrote the guy a short note stating here's a new flag to fly, put it above the Trump flag & bring the tattered flag to the Fire Department & they will dispose of it in the proper manner. I signed it a "Neighbor."

As I started to get back into my car, I hear "hey, what are you doing?" I walked to the guy's front door & handed him the flag with the note. I told him to "be safe." He starts screaming at me "Be safe! Is that some kind of a threat?" I just shook my head & drove off.

My wife & I were coming back from Costco after picking up some scripts & we drove back down the guy's block. He has the new flag flying but again he has the Trump flag flying above our flag.

Now that's a perfect example of a POS supporter putting Trump above the country.

I feel like I should have minded my own business but at least he has a new flag flying.
