Amadou Diallo shooting in NY, 41 shots fired by 4 officers killed him.

 Another New York City shooting – Sean Bell died after 50 gun shots fired by 3 officers killed him (New York City agreed in July 2010 to pay more than $7 million to settle a federal lawsuit filed by the family and two friends of Mr. Bell.)

Boy for "exceptions" there sure are a lot of these...

You are using examples of police shooting suspects multiple times to prove what exactly?

Is there evidence that these suspects lived beyond multiple shots AND were still a danger?

That the idea that someone can define "enough" magazine capacity is preposterous. 

You suggested in post #16 that the example provided was the exception to some rule. What is the rule and how do we get from here to there?

....... But if they accuse you in numerous threads for numerous weeks of being a guilty accomplice in the Sandy Hook murders , and every other murder that happens, that behavior is not excessive, argumentative, or a belittling attack.

In fact wall will attempt to say that you are at fault for misinterpreting it.

Then the poster of the attacks corrects Wall, and says that wall is incorrect in his sentiment, and that he actually is making those accusations and points.

I am not a guy that cries to the mods when my feelings get hurt, or when I think someone is an alias, and let me preface this by saying I like and respect you wall, but if you are going to allow Don's attacks, you can't get too harsh when things get heated, and when similar attacks are levied on others.

A ban on Semi autos completely eviscerates the 2nd amendment.

If a law like this were passed it would need to be an Amendment.  I would also say that law enforcement and domestic military groups would have to also adhere, and if military did not, then there should also be exemptions for militias.
