pleads *GUILTY* in Capitol riot

A former West Virginia state lawmaker who resigned after participating in the January 6, 2021, insurrection at the US Capitol pleaded guilty on Friday to a felony related to the deadly riot.
Derrick Evans had just been elected as a state delegate when he livestreamed himself pushing inside the US Capitol

Prosecutors also say Evans encouraged other people to swarm the building, at one point saying, "If (Vice President Mike) Pence betrays us, you better get your mind right because we're storming that building!!"

The felony could result in up to 5 years in prison

Anti-Democrat who brought multiple weapons and Molotov cocktails near Capitol on January 6 sentenced to nearly 4 years behind bars

Concluding one of the more unnerving cases surrounding January 6, a man who brought multiple firearms, Molotov cocktails and other weapons near the US Capitol that day was sentenced to 46 months behind bars on Friday.
Lonnie Coffman, 72, parked his truck -- filled with 11 Mason jars filled with gasoline and Styrofoam, several unregistered firearms, hundreds of rounds of ammo, a stun gun, machetes and a crossbow with bolts -- a few blocks from the Capitol on January 6.
"He had almost a small armory in his truck, ready to do battle," Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said before sentencing Coffman to several months above what prosecutors had recommended.

Coffman had been on the FBI's radar since a 2014 trip with the militia, American Patriots.
Investigators also found handwritten lists from Coffman's truck and home, where he identified certain politicians, political operatives as well as a federal judge, with titles like "traitors," "Obama's lap dog" or simply put them under a "bad" category.

Jan. 6th was an unarmed gathering of Trump voters in D.C. which is their right. Infiltrators from the Intel agencies tried and failed to make it an insurrection...the only person harmed was a Trump supporter (16 year air force vet) who was murdered by a trigger happy guard. 

This is an attempt by the bolshevik/fascist left to enact enabling powers and strip the bill of rights away from their political opposition.

Hundreds have been incarcerated without even having a trial or to face their accusers in court. It is eerily reminiscent of the Reichstag fire in Germany in 1933 when Hitler did away with the civil liberties of all German citizens.
I pray that I live long enough to see justice and human freedom return to my country.

Fact checks by politifact have debunked those false claims.  Obviously, capital riot is no peaceful protest.  Rioters admit purpose of attack is to stop legal vote confirmation and keep Trump in office despite fair election results.  That is the definition of an insurrection.  Police found many weapons such as handguns, rifles, pipes, bombs, whips, sticks, pepper sprays, brass knuckles, knives, crossbows, machetes and smoke grenades.  Videos show rioters attacking police.

False to claim rioters are held in prison without being charged.  Out of 775 rioters arrested in capital, majority have been released from jail, pending trials.  Between 75 to 85 rioters remain in jail at any given time.  224 rioters have pleaded guilty to charges.  Over 110 rioters have been sentenced.

If their purpose was to overthrow the government then why were they not armed with real weaponry? 

Besides, DC was filled with real rioters in the summer of 2020...the fascist left burned down a church and injured over 40 secret service agents in front of the White House and hassled Senator Rand Paul...and their protests lasted far longer than one afternoon...of course their actions didn't upset you at all because you have a double standard of justice. 

One sunny day though this will all change and I pray I live long enough to see the reckoning. 

We should hold off "legal" for now.  States admitting they violated their own election laws, Zuckerberg bucks, hunters laptop..laptop protected by msm... that was Russian disinformation...thst after election is "safe" now being told its authentic.  Riots of 2020 was safe and civil,?...gtfo...like the Ukraine, this all could have been prevented..
