 Naming Harris VP was a big mistake. They can "vet" all they want........ I'm sure most will turn down the invite.

Have you ever heard or seen the POS laugh? I've seen him smile but never laugh.

Would love to hear/see a video of it if anyone can find one.

 The Donald's laugh ??  No, but I'm no Trump expert like so many others around here.  Ask Kelly or Fupa.  

Kamala has a bad rep on her laugh because prior to becoming Jeo's VP, there was no "Kackling Kamala".  It seems to be a feature / bug from these past few years in office.  

I think Stu mentioned this also in one of his posts.  The Cali crowd should be able to give more background on the subject peace_5

Between 2004-2010 Kamala Harris was district attorney of San Francisco. In that time, there were 1956 marijuana convictions. Of those convicted, only 45 ever served jail time. Why?

In 2005 Kamala created a program called Back On Track, allowing low level non violent drug offenders to enroll in school in lieu of doing jail time. When they graduate, their records were wiped clean, preventing barriers to employment in the future. The program was found to reduce recidivism, which was typically around 53%, to less than 10%.

No, I've never seen Biden laugh.......maybe a weak chuckle but never laugh. Is that what's really important? Biden's DC days are coming to an end. I'm more concerned about the next four years, hoping that if we can get through those relatively unscathed that there may be a chance for the next gen of politicians. I'm not gonna hold my breath though.

Goin outside the box .. but can't help but think the hillary sub has emerged right next to Kamala and she's not gunna wedge her way in there somehow ..

What percentage  of low-level offenders entered the program Back On Track?

Of those who entered the program what percentage actually graduated?
