I have offered a context...Clowns like you are too obtuse to understand...and if you were not, you don't want to know the truth...I bet you are an old white guy who lives in the suburbs...you don't have a clue, so perhaps you and other old decrepit SOB's should focus on capping NBA games on this forum instead of attacking one of the best basketball players of all time to facilitate change.   With regard to this instance, I don't think charges should be filed against the officer.   However, I think everyone, and especially those in the minority communities wish that officers would evaluate the situation and utilize lethal force as a last resort.  They are too quick to waste a perceived bad guy, when there are other alternatives available...

Posts like yours is why people dont take you seriously in your real life.    Try and be an adult for 5 seconds this is pretty heinous stuff we're talking about here

LBJ is a basketball player....He should stick to basketball..they tried to pull that social justice stunt last year in the bubble by boycotting and using their NAB status.....Then when the players found out they were not going to get paid or the NBA salary cap would be affected if they cancelled the playoffs int he bubble...Guess what they all folded like a lawn chair....When they found out that their money was at stake.....George Floyd Who?

I kinda like the “that cop is next” or whatever comment.

That actually sends a very strong message.

That’s what the cops say to criminals, drug dealers, etc, all the time. Why is it so bad when Lebron says it? I think the hate towards Lebron came before all this race crap. This just added a little more fuel to the Lebron haters tank.

I think someone should start a T-shirt line that says this....

    Crooked cop

    ”You’re next.”

    That is just brilliant. an_roll_laugh

I am a put your money where you mouth is type of guy....They protested last year...If they truly felt there needed to be change they would have cancelled the playoffs in show of support...Not protest 1-2 game and have a players association meeting and find out the ramifications of their pay and then we defiantly playing basketball again...

I also don't seem to understand why Lebron and other black people spend a whole year fighting for George Floyd but could give two fs for the thousands of blacks that die yearly in our major cities. I mean a few days ago one 13-year-old black girl stabbed and killed another black girl. How is that story not on the news? This is why its all a waste of time. BLM cares less about black people than the average white person. Its that simple

Youre not wrong...money is the root of all evil.

Why does the NBA have this not so secret love affair with China, but not one single player has ever stood up for the Uyghur holocaust going on?

I been around the most crooked cops ever.  I seen and witnessed shit out of a crooked cop flick. Cops that murdered. Cops who set up people. Cops who sell drugs and if you don’t buy from them your are a target. Cops who robbed drug dealers and stole cars.  These cops had a special brotherhood they ran this particular department like the mob. Very few black police officers ever got promoted to high positions in this department in a small city with a large black population. This is rte here in Northern California. I choose to not say shit cause I don’t want to get started with my past and the things I seen and experienced in my life  But reading some of these comments absolutely infuriates me. This is why I hate running into these type of threads. I believe there are good and bad in every race and every culture. But some of you ignorant good ole boy type of motherfuckers think there are only a few bad apples. From my experience and from what I witnessed with this department most of these no good motherfuckers deserved to get smacked. I would celebrate when something happened to any of those dirty no good cock suckers. Fuck all them dirty pigs and fuck there family.  Now there!!!

HUH???just cos a knife isnt generally as deadly as a gun doesnt mean it cant fuqq up someones life in an instant..to slit a throat or take out an eye would be a tragic outcome and if you wanna go around attacking folk with a knife you had better expect a bad outcome from a person that might make a quick, spontaneous decision.

Hopefully this brief moment of history were America wants to go back to 1963, where everything is about race, is over!

not american so i definitely do not follow this anywhere near as closely as others...but its very perplexing how every time one of these incidents comes up the headline is about "yet another INNOCENT black citizen murdered by cops" and then the facts come out and almost every time without fail they are not totally innocent or without fault at all.always engaging in some sort of criminal activity or associated with it or resisting police arrest.....and im with you,NO WAY should the consequences be as severe as they often are but on a long enough timeline with enough gung-ho,assho.le cops out there bad things will happen to people that CHOOSE to put themselves in these less than ideal situations.

the only exception i can recall is the zimmerman case, trayvon martin......oh no wait,he wasnt even a cop..was there any other one where the person was totally without fault and got killed?

It seems resisting arrest, regardless of color, is a ticket to death however wrong that may be. There's a lesson in there somewhere...

yep..unless i am misinformed,in america white folk get shot by cops at a significantly higher overall rate and when adjusted for % of population it is very close/comparable to black shootings at the hands of police..is there any explanation for why i have never once seen a story on the news of a white person suffering the same fate??

but yeah, every time its always the same....they dont wanna go quietly and things go south very quickly.....and for the umpteenth time,i hate the bloodlust and the bully-boy tactics and hair trigger reactions from some of these cops.its disgusting....but again,if youre in that situation you unfortunately need to play strictly by their rules and commands.

Totally agree with the king, that pigs gonna fry for killing a little girl just because she was attacking someone with a butter knife? Surely they could’ve handled the situation better than that at this day and age, this is where the taser should’ve been used or something, you don’t just shoot her dead lol rip pig

Maybe I am overreacting, but this story and the reporting of the media + plus the reaction of celebs who influence our public is what is dragging down this country. The fact that facts don't matter anymore alone should make anyone very fearful.
