Doesn't Alex Jones have first amendment rights? As such he didn't violate any laws when he expressed his opinion on Sandy Hook on his show.
Free speech means that others have a right to give voice to their own thoughts and opinions regardless if they are mainstream views or not. If others find 'freedom of speech' offensive that is simply too bad as every American's birthright is guaranteed in the constitution (see the bill of rights).
The modern day, authoritarian left is what is offensive and one sunny day they will be held accountable.
Constitution cannot protect Jones against defamation. Courts in Texas, Wisconsin and Connecticut found Jones liable for misrepresenting massacre at Sandy Hook school as a conspiracy hoax. Now Jones admits shooting victims are real but the families have been harmed by his misinformation. Freedom of speech isn't absolute. There are limits such as slander, libel, offensive content and others. Even US supreme court declines to hear his appeal.
Fact remains that there is an ongoing concerted effort to silence Jones by the fascist left. First they banned him from all social media and now they are trying to destroy him financially.
