Nielsen Ratings for February:

Fox News total audience of 2.473 million viewers in prime
led all cable news networks in February;
MSNBC (2.193 million viewers)
CNN  (1.687 million viewers)

*Which means 3.880 million Americans prefer to watch left-leaning/pro-Biden
cablenews programming (MSNBC plus CNN) while only 2.473 million Americans
prefer to watch trump-is-god/Conservative rhetoric from FOX News.

That is 56% greater audience for the anti-trump/PRO-BIDEN viewpoint!

    — the second month in a row that Rachel Maddow
     has been the most-watched host in ALL of CABLE!

followed by Fox’s Tucker Carlson (3.4 million viewers),

and Fox' Sean Hannity (only 2.9 million viewers).

There are no centrist cable news networks.

You are basically correct.

However there are two cable networks which present a MIX of liberal and centrist views.

In fact CNN even hires right-wing REPUBLICAN pundits to sit on various panels and interviews such as former Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum; Amanda Carpenter (Ted Cruz assistant); former Republican presidential candidate John Kasich; former House rep Charlie Dent; and Scott Jennings (assistant to GW.Bush), among others as well as frequently interview various Republicans to try and give a more balanced selection of views.
