In Canada you have the right to be guilty until proven innoncent by a court of law.
you have the right to be searched by the discretion of law authority as they wish. You have no right to silence or to a Lawyer. no one outside of law authority has the right to own possess a pistol .
and yet the little geek found a gun and ammo went into a place of worship and shot these people dead. Like to know his thoughts in this and if this thought was the same thought of the little mad man down in Carolinas.

The course you will take (or at least pass the test for) is called the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, ( CFSC for short) and the license you'll get is called a Possession and Acquisition Licence, but everyone just calls it a PAL .

Hmmm...ilsp pointed out you were wrong on guns.
You are wrong on the legal standard. You are wrong on search and seizure. And you were wrong on right to remain silent. But the good news is you spelled 'Canada' right.
The term “reasonable doubt” has a specific meaning in criminal law. The Supreme Court of Canada has offered a number of guidelines applicable to the concept of reasonable doubt. In our criminal justice system, every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The notion of reasonable doubt is inextricably intertwined with the presumption of innocence. In order to rebut the presumption of innocence, the prosecution must prove their case to the extent that a reasonable person could not have any reasonable doubt as to the guilt of the defendant.
The Charter also protects everyone's reasonable expectation of privacy in their homes, private spaces and personal information. This includes protection against unreasonable searches and seizures by police and other government authorities, who generally need a judge-approved warrant to enter your home or take other actions which interfere with your privacy.
The right to silence is protected under section 7 and section 11(c) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The accused may not be compelled as a witness against himself in criminal proceedings, and therefore only voluntary statements made to police are admissible as evidence. Prior to an accused being informed of their right to legal counsel, any statements they make to police are considered involuntarily compelled and are inadmissible as evidence. After being informed of the right to counsel, the accused may choose to voluntarily answer questions and those statements would be admissible.

Wow. I am really surprised. I mean, I cannot believe that a country doesn't allow a citizen of another country to bring a gun through its borders.
That's really oppressive.

it does but it take a year to process all the required forms. for a rifle, no one is allowed a pistol, no one except, federal law enforcement like a us marshal going to get a fugitive, or secret service. even then it has to have official clearance.
if you wish to hunt for instance in Labrador or northern Quebec. one as a foreigner it is just easier to go and use their equipment. actually come to think of it you not allowed a semi auto . had not seen one anyway, Bows, or lever or bolt rifles, or shotguns. but as far as an actual pistol or semi rifle they are not available.
I am sure their are waivers and as anything if you grease enough palms with as many tunies, (2 dollar coin worth a dollar america) all things are possible.
