I give you the source I am using and if you don't agree with it you can research the site and give reasons why you don't agree with it or give reasons why we shouldn't credit this site as a reliable source of information.
It's pretty crazy how that works isn't it?

Anyway I thought I would post this since were speaking of historic lows.

GWBushes approval rating after the same time in office as BHObama was 50% to 56% while Obama's at the same point in time is at 41%.... confirming what I posted ..........
"The 41% average job approval for Obama's 11th quarter in office (July
20-Oct. 19) was down four points from his previous low (the 7th quarter)
and down six points since the tenth quarter at the beginning of summer.
".
Now... since you are doing research ..how's it going with those threads about "you guys defending Bush "that you were going to find and link ?

Just this morning "The Greatest President Ever" received the lowest job approval of his entire administration and put him historically down in the lowlands of Jimmy Carter country.....
The 41% average job approval for Obama's 11th quarter in office (July 20-Oct. 19) was down four points from his previous low (the 7th quarter) and down six points since the tenth quarter at the beginning of summer. ...But Progressives can look to the good side.. ...his approval among Islamic radicals is up 15 % to 82%..
Well if were going off of low approval ratins I guess we can lump Carter, Ford, Nixon, Truman and Dubya in the same group since they have the same average over the Presidencies. I know there is some differential but if you're within 5% points of someone then you can pretty much be assumed to be in the same group. I think that would be a fair assessment.
Now lets look at the lowest points for any given time during a Presidency. Oh look at that! Carter, Truman, and right there at the bottom is good ole' Dubya.
Sounds like that guy was a winner. If we gave him a third term I have a feeling he would have been the first assassination since Kennedy.
All kidding aside though I hope Obama doesn't win in 2012. Let's get that Bachmann chick in there. She seems like she would provide Jon Stewart with miles of material for The Daily Show.
Have a nice day Slim!

#1 Bush won an election for a second term, let's see if obama can pull that off.
#2 Only a loser worries about the lowest rating ever, Bush had a 90% approval at one point, obama was never close to that.
Bush certainly wasn't the best ever; in fact I'd probably call him a Jack; obama obviously is an ass though.

Ktrain are you living in the U.S.? Obama is clearly earned his record low approval ratings. In the 3rd year of his presidency and things have gotten worse. I don't need a poll to prove it one way or another.
Record deficits, high unemployment, failed stimulus, Fast & Furious, and healthcare plan jammed down our throats.
The '10 election saw a record number of democrats thrown out. Are you not hearing the countries displeasure with your idol and his party?

#1 Given the quality of candidates that GOP has I would say it's a very realistic possibility he will get a second chance. Way to support that party though. That's the party I WOULD NOT want to be associated with. Obama has a sub 50% approval rating and has an extremely realistic chance and winning again. Nice work GOP.
#2 Bush had a 90% approval rating right after the worst disaster and attack on America since Pearl Harbor. Who isn't going to support the President after that? I would love to know the 10% of people that didn't feel an ounce of Patriotism after 9/11. That was essentially his first year in office as well. When you give this genius time to implement his policy however, then you really see what he is all about. Kinda like Obama huh? Some similarities there huh? Wipe the drool off your lip Esplenade, it's not a good look for you.
#3 I didn't bring up approval ratings. Your boy Spin.....er.... I mean Slim did. I just gave him a source to work with since he can't disclose his own source, which I'm sure is as accurate as Helen Keller at a dart throwing contest.
#4 You're an idiot. Seriously, stop typing on here. It's not benefitting anyone, especially you.

So what do we need? You're opinion? If not a poll(which btw, once again, I didn't bring up approval ratings, your boy Slim did) then what source would you like to use?
Once again, Obama isn't my boy and I don't claim to be a Dem. I label myself Independent because both parties are either morons or paid for right now. I'm just a Covers member tired of seeing Obama's name dragged thru the mud when he inherited a ship full of holes from Bush. No one seems to want to acknowledge Bush's fuck ups in this forum but love to jump on Obama's fuck ups. Many of which stemmed from Bush's fuck ups.
Wanna blame Obama for failed stimulus? Who was the President that first got that stimulus ball rolling? I'll give you a hint.
But you go ahead not hold everyone involved accountable for their actions. Like I said, I'm not supporting Obama, just wishing to see blame administered in its proper place.

I have no problem blaming Bush for what he deserves to be blamed for. I'll also mention that the Congress went to a Democratic majority in 2006 and a super majority in 2008. When did things start to fall apart? Way too much blame to lay on Bush, he wasn't a dictator but he was too liberal for me.
If the Democratic party had the answer to our problems, I believe they would've solved them already. Are they biding their time? Going to hatch some super plan?
Obama has proven to me to be far worse than Bush on the economy. While Bush had good intentions of wanting more people to own homes (who doesn't) it was forced by the government and now look at the mess we have. The housing market was just fine on it's own like most things are as long as the gov stays out of it.

So you're crying because Osama bin Laden, Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Kahn (+Gaddafi) and other scum bags are killed? No trial, no questions, no qualms. Obama has brought the fight — not lawyers — to al-Qaida leaders overseas.
Obama!
President Obama thought the September 11 bombers should have received a fair trial.
President Obama is taking credit for the murder of an Islamic-American citizen alleged to have plotted against our capitalistic and exploitative country.
Is it now acceptable for us—an enlightened society who righteously denounces injustice—to assassinate a citizen of the world without allowing him or her the opportunity to defend him or herself?

It has nothing to do with where he lives (other than the fact that little sunlight shines into his mom's basement), it's the fact that he's 16 and obama is the only president he's ever heard of. This kid is a full on obama ball licker. Someday he'll lose the face full of zits and hopefully gain a little enlightenment. Until then, it's just the same drivel.

Or I'm a 30 year old that spent 5 years in the U.S. Navy, including a deployment to Afghanistan. I'll let everyone guess which one is true.
Have you had the experience of going beyond your backyard before forming your opinion? My opinions are formed more on experience than what I hear on MSNBC or CNN. In fact, I even joined the Navy during the Bush Administration despite not having voted for Bush nor believing in many of his policies or beliefs.

It wasnt Bush who wanted more people to have homes, I believe it was Dodd
From a 2002 speech by Bush:
President Bush's 2002 Speech
at the
Conference on Minority Home Ownership
George Washington University
Los Angeles KABC talk show host Doug McIntyre is playing the tape of President Bush's 2002 speech where President Bush thanked the heads of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for helping assure the right to home ownership for all.
President Bush said that there is a home ownership gap for minorities. President Bush said that it was important to make monies available for down payments.
He said that minorities often have a difficult time getting the down payment for a home, trouble acquiring home loans and trouble making monthly mortgage payments.
President Bush mentioned the billions of dollars spent in vouchers for Section 8 Housing for leased apartments. President Bush said that as it is, Section 8 Housing encourages leases rather than home ownership.
President Bush said that he would like to see the Section 8 vouchers used as script for down payments and as payment for mortgages instead of leases.
President Bush said that he would like to have those Section 8 vouchers used instead to help those who can't afford to make a down payment on a home. President Bush said that he would like Section 8 vouchers to be used as script to help those who have trouble making monthly mortgage payments on a home.
Help 5 1/2 Million More People Own Their Own Homes
President Bush spoke of his dream to help 5 1/2 million more people to own their own home within the next five years.
President Bush called the program "American Dream Down Payment Fund."
----------------------
Isn't it wonderful that within 5 years of this plan to get more low income people into their own homes the Home Industry crashed? Nice job. Thanks for the dream of my homeownership turning into a fucking nightmare after I bought my homes with no gov assistance and have seen their values drop by 50% in Arizona and 30% in Maryland. I really appreciate the government getting involved.
