Sorry, but I need to attempt to get this thread back on topic.

Please read this short article ...
    https://nypost.com/2017/05/02/enough-with-the-outrage-we-live-in-an-age-of-miracles/

    Life is good, fella's.

If you are angry, it is not Trump's fault, nor Hillary's.
It is not because of North Korea, Syria, or Russia.
It has nothing to do with liberals, conservatives, racial tension or a wall.
If you are upset, angry, or disillusioned, it is solely because of yourself.

Focus on what's good, and not that which you have no control over.

Life is short, try to enjoy it

The Dems in serious trouble. A new Zogby poll shows Hispanic support for Trump at 47%. Trump received 29% of the Hispanic vote in November.

This strong number would make it impossible for a Dem to win in 2020. I never could figure out why the Left took Hispanics for granted. They are totally opposite of 'their' 47%. The Zogby poll number is correct at 45%.

I am making this review from a perspective of what is most important in everyone's life, and that is their own lives, and that of their loved ones.

On January 19th my family and I had health care (albeit absurdly expensive)
On February 21st we still have health care (still absurdly expensive)

On Jan 19th I owned my own company which was doing well.
On February 21st I still own my own company with no change in revenue.

On Jan 19th I enjoyed all the freedoms allowed by our constitution.
On Feb 21st I still enjoy those same freedoms, although the left is trying hard to silence freedom of speech.

On Jan 19th I was a reasonably content, happy individual.
On Feb 21st I remain a reasonably content, happy individual.

In conclusion, my life is pretty much the same in every facet since President Trump was sworn into office.

Unfortunately for way too many others, there has been one dramatic change in their lives since January 20th, and that is that they are no longer happy and content. They blame this on the President, but any decent psychologist would explain it has little to do with the President and everything to do with those individuals inability to have a reasonable, rational response to not getting what they want.

I promise you that your lives will not have a dramatic change anytime soon as a result of Trump being President.

Take a deep breath, folks ... and please change the channel, it is making you unhappy!!!

Almost 5 months into President Trump's term, and I am back to update my own personal situation ...

    Everything is still going great.
Nothing has changed for the worse.

I strongly suggest that everyone else take a personal inventory and stop and appreciate what is good in your lives.

If you perceive that your life has changed for the worse since 1/20/17, then look for the real reason, which will not be found in the White House, but in the mirror.

    What are you talking about?!?!?!?!

I had Cavs +4 last night.

I blame Trump, Obama, both Clinton's and both Bush's for that collapse.

I know Russia was behind that sh!t too. No way the Warriors cover without Putin's help.

Q, for the last 35 years I have worked with, and amongst the less fortunate.
I am probably better versed on the welfare system, and those who are on it, than most anyone here.
The great lie from the left is that things get better for the poor when a dem is in the WH, and get worse when the GOP is in control. It is a 100% fabricated story.
This is not only my opinion, it is the opinion of the majority of poor people.

C'mon Hugh, you're better than that. You know full well that current and previous politicians have way more impact on NBA spread results than something stupid like a reverse jinx.

If the Lakers don't take Lonzo Ball in the draft, it's not Lavar's fault, it's HRC's.

A little more than 10 months into Trump's presidency, so it's time for an update ...

The MSM is still bonkers, and crying daily in response to the President's tweets. So that hasn't changed.

As for me personally, little has changed.

I'm not making more money, not making less.

Health care will go up AGAIN in 2018.

Stock market is on an epic tear, but as with most everyone else here, that has not had a significant impact on my life.

Unemployment is way down, but doesn't effect me.

All financial indicators are doing exceedingly well, but I'm unaffected.

North Korea fires test missiles, but I'm unaffected.

Russia colluded or they didn't collude. No effect whatsoever on me.

Mueller, Comey, HRC ... no effect.

Trump has been POTUS for 10 months, and just as I predicted after his first 30 days in office, I was, am, and will continue to be unaffected.

It's always good to stay informed, but some of you guys really need to get some fresh air, and start to appreciate all that is good.
Whining and carrying on because you don't like the POTUS is fruitless, and only serves to steal joy from your lives.

I guess the biggest change over the last 10 months is that liberals turned out to be worse sexual predators than conservatives. I know I was not alone when thinking that conservatives had the sexual inappropriateness market cornered. Boy, was I wrong!

It's been a year to the day of Trump's Presidency.

Here is my thorough reviews of how this President's tenure has changed my life ...

    Nothing has changed.

The MSM is still making the people who watch that BS totally crazy.

    Economy is rolling.

    Government is shut down.

That "Russian collusion" thing has taken a turn for the worse for the Dems.

North Korea is still firing test missiles.
Trump has still not gotten us all killed, much to the dismay of his detractors.

    QMICH IS STILL UNHINGED.

    Again, nothing has changed.

And now for a public service announcement ...
Each end every contributor to this forum should stop and take a thorough review of their lives. Appreciate that which is good and stop complaining and getting aggravated in that which you can not control, and truly has no effect on your life (i.e. politics)

    Happy anniversary, Mr President

This is insightful as well. And well written, it really pays off when a writer sticks to a language that's not above his capabilities, prevents endless paragraphs of drivel coming across as strained and artificial.

Come early February, we will also see a reduction of federal withholding on our pay stubs.

My 401k and non-retirement portfolio are both kicking @ss and taking names.  De-regulations and tax reform made this possible.

Wait until he starts to get credit for the completion of the Keystone Pipeline; we are projected to be a world export leader in oil in the next few years.

Obama was too busy trying to save the Phucking Planet; Hippie.

If we could be that lucky. I'll raise that with Trey Gowdy for 8 years after Pence. I have no interest in being the United States of Mexico. Hey libs - you do know that Mexico has been deemed the most dangerous place in the world - correct?

Happy 1st Anniversary to the BOSS. They say if your enemies knew how miserable you made them, you would dance with glee. I'm dancing with glee or the BOSS. America First - what a great concept. Every other s-hole on the planet puts themselves or their people first, so should we.
