Foreign influence in our elections "threatens our democracy" according to the Dems for the last three years. So the President's duty is to endure that the future President is not heavily influenced by the Ukraine, vis-a-vis his son's $80,000 a month stipend for sitting on a Board once a month for a Ukraniun oil company. The Ukraine is an anti-Russian state. If so, the future President might be anti-Russian, anti-Putin in his policies.
Same goes for China. If Biden's son is receiving exorbitant financial payments from China, the future President (Biden) might ease trade restrictions and tariffs.
It is the President's duty to ask that these possible entaglements be investigated to ensure the office of the Presidency is free of foreign influence.
This is the other interpretation. Therefore there is no criminality or illegality. No money set aside for Ukraine (what a joke we do giving out our tax money to a wealthy oil rich country) was witheld. Therefore, no illegality.

He claims he's not, and I give him the benefit of the doubt, but I swear he's Sabanesque. Either way, he's going off the rails. He uses the "A so and so say what" joke multiple times now. Who still does that? At what point did well adjusted adults ever do this? He responded to me in another thread with a 20 minute Family Guy clip. The guy is losing it.
I won't go that far. There's a lot he posts that I agree with. Then there are things he posts that I may not agree with but i'm able to see his point of view. Then there are things that look like the machinations of a mad man. There are posts that are clear and concise. Posts that are well presented. This there's the occasional garbled mumbo jumbo complete with the very same grammatical errors that lead him to accuse posters of speaking English as a 2nd language. He's all over the board. It's one of the main reasons I believe he is Sabanesque. I believed Sabanesque was either on medication or that it was a shared account. He was prone to wild swings in presentaion. And frankly, they're both thinly veiled Nazi sympathizers.
And I can't stress enough that there is plenty he has said that I agree with. And our politics are not far off. So this isn't a situation of, "We're on opposite sides politically so i'm going to undercut your credibility. Not at all. I just believe he's losing it, or has lost it, in and of itself.
