If I am understanding the Bannon story correctly. Steve Bannon and his 2 partners raise 25M to build some much needed border wall. 

They each spent/used about 200k each out of the 25M for personal expenses. This is about .024 of 1% out of 25M.

The SDNY while BOH was President sent patriot Dinesh D'Souza to prison for a very small campaign finance contribution issue. Nobody before had ever gone to prison for an amount so small.

The JUDGE, not SDNY, sentenced him for a conviction on a FELONY.

8 months in a halfway house (NOT PRISON!) near his home.

So because a JUDGE  gave him barely more than a slap on the wrist,

YOU  believe that   lenient sentence handed down by a Judge which is completely separate from the SDNY prosecuters office means the SDNY is a "criminal operation" ???????????????????

FAILURE.

And only 8 months ---->  IN A HALFWAY HOUSE  near his home!

He's LUCKY it wasn't prison!
