Justice has been served.  Manafort verdict refuted Trump&#x27;s repeated lie that Mueller investigation is a witch hunt.  Obviously, Mueller investigation is legitimate as proven by multiple indictments, guilty pleas and convictions later. However true witch hunts are smear campaigns against innocent people in which extensive investigations lead to nothing.  Any attempt by corrupted Trump to pardon Manafort would be an abuse of power and requires action by congress.

I believe he said a "candidate for federal office" but anyone with any intelligence can put 2 and 2 together.If this can be proven then that would make the "candidate" a co-conspirator.

&#xA;Trump is clearly guilty of violating campaign finance laws and also guilty of federal conspiracy as well (because he agreed with Cohen, and possibly others, on a plan to violate federal law). Cohen reportedly admitted that the payments he arranged for Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal on Trump&#x2019;s behalf were campaign related, not personal expenditures, and were made with the coordination and at the direction of a federal candidate.
